GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) model year 2013 Ford® Mustang GT Convertible vehicle.

The drawing for the potential Grand Prize Winner will take place on or about September 17, 2012, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. On the date of purchase, the approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $33,951 (Thirty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty One U.S. Dollars), but the Grand Prize Winner will receive the Grand Prize subject to any normal wear and tear to the vehicle accrued during the promotion of the Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for registration, title and license fees, insurance, and all other costs, expenses, and compliance associated with vehicle registration and all associated laws therewith. The Grand Prize Winner will be issued an IRS 1099 tax form for the estimated actual value of the Grand Prize at the time of delivery. The Grand Prize Winner must pick up the Grand Prize at a time and location to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Grand Prize will only be released upon proof of a valid driver's license currently in force and satisfactory proof of auto insurance. Accessories and options may vary, including without limitation interior/exterior color, and are subject to change without notice. Sponsor reserves the right to change the Grand Prize at any time without incurring any obligations but in such event will make every effort to provide a prize of equal or greater value. The Grand Prize Winner is not eligible for any cash back or rebate which may be available on the vehicle at time of delivery.

RUNNER UP PRIZES: Two (2) total entrants will be selected from the total eligible entries, minus the Grand Prize Winner, received by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period to receive one (1) trip to Las Vegas, NV. Trip package includes:
- round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) persons from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to McCarran International Airport;
- two (2) nights' accommodations at the Planet Hollywood Las Vegas; and
- five hundred dollars ($500) spending money.

Room accommodation prize voucher may be redeemed until the expiration date printed on the voucher. Prize voucher expiration date cannot be extended. Prize voucher cannot be sold or traded on auction websites and will not be reissued in the event of expiration, loss, damage or destruction. Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to departure. Trip subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability, additional date restrictions, including blackout periods may apply. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, any and all personal charges at lodging [e.g., including but not limited to mini-bar, on-demand video, telephone calls, meals, beverages, gratuities, travel upgrades, personal
incidentals and retail charges placed on the winner's guest account (the "Incidental Hotel Charges")], security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Winner will be required to provide a valid major credit card upon hotel check-in and all Incidental Hotel Charges shall be paid by the Winner using such credit card or an alternative method of payment acceptable to the hotel. Unless child of winner, travel companions must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, at least one (1) travel companion must be winner’s parent/legal guardian. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Winner and travel companions are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other documents necessary for travel. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Approximate Retail Value: $1,500 USD.

DAILY PRIZES: Sixty-two (62) total entrants (one (1) entrant for each day of the Sweepstakes Period) ("Daily Prize Winners") will be selected from the total eligible entries received by Sponsor during each respective day of the Sweepstakes Period to each receive one (1) Daily Prize of one $100 (One Hundred U.S. Dollars) gift card valid at any participating Circle K convenient store.

The total approximate retail value of the Daily Prizes is $6,200 (Sixty-Two Hundred U.S. Dollars.) Circle K gift cards can be used for the purchase of goods and services at participating stores. Circle K gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Lost or stolen Circle K gift cards cannot be replaced. There are no service fees or expiration dates connected with the use of Circle K gift cards. To check a card balance see a participating store cashier or check your store receipt.

The total approximate retail value of all prizes in the Sweepstakes is $43,151 (Forty-Three Thousand One-Hundred, Fifty-one U.S. Dollars).
