ELIGIBILITY: The Durex Sample Giveaway ("Giveaway") is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico), age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Employees and members of their immediate families and households of Reckitt Benckiser LLC ("Sponsor"), its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, electronic media firm, iris USA, Inc. ("Administrator"), Sweepstakes Consulting, LLC, and anyone involved in the production, development or handling of this Giveaway are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

2. HOW TO ENTER: You can only enter the Sweepstakes through the https://www.facebook.com/durexUSA ("Giveaway Website") Giveaway application on the Facebook Platform. Complete and submit the required information as instructed. You must be a member of Facebook in order to participate. There is no fee to become a member of Facebook. You are giving your information to Sponsor and not to Facebook. Giveaway begins at 9:59 am on 7/5/12 and ends at 11:59 pm on 8/6/12 ("Giveaway Period"). All times are Eastern Time or "ET." Limit of one (1) entry per person or email address. Limit of one (1) prize per person. Non-winning entries will be carried over to subsequent drawings. Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for Giveaway.

Entries generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means will be void. Any attempt by any participant to submit more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. The collection of entry registration information by Sponsor is subject to its privacy policy found at https://www.facebook.com/durexUSA By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree that Sponsor shall have the right to use all personal information provided to Sponsor in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the Giveaway Website.

3. PRIZES (25,000): Each week during the Giveaway Period 5,000 winners will be drawn and each will be awarded a Durex Door Hanger and Performax Intense condom ($1.17 Approximate Retail Value or "ARV" each). Total ARV of all prizes: $29,250.00. Any expenses not mentioned above are the winner's responsibility. If applicable, taxes are the winner's responsibility. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitution for prize except as may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded, at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Odds of winning a prize depends upon the number of entries received.

4. WINNERS will be selected in random drawings. Winners will receive the prize within 4-6 weeks from drawing date. Any prize returned as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner.
