Grand Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip for two adults 21+ to New York City, New York on three consecutive days to be designated by Sponsor between September 4, 2012 and September 11, 2012 to attend the Season 10 Finale of Project Runway consisting of: round-trip coach air transportation (airline carrier to be designated by Sponsor and/or a Promotional Partner) from a major commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's residence to New York City, New York for Grand Prize Winner and Guest; 2-nights hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy including all taxes and surcharges) at a hotel designated by Sponsor and Promotional Partners in New York City, New York; round-trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest between New York City airport and hotel and between hotel and set of Project Runway; $1,000 Rue La La account credit (subject to terms and conditions of use [e.g., becoming a registered member of ruelala.com, if not already a member]) redeemable only at the www.ruelala.com website and any unused portion of the account credit expires one year from date of delivery to winner's Rue La La account; two tickets to the Season 10 Finale of Project Runway for Grand Prize Winner and Guest; two dinners [alcoholic beverages not included as part of Grand Prize] each for Grand Prize Winner and Guest at a top-rated restaurant to be designated by Sponsor or Promotional Partner in New York City, New York; and $10,000 awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner. (ARV $18,000). ARV may vary based on itinerary. Any difference between the stated ARV of a prize and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded. The ARV of the prizes set forth above represents Sponsor's good faith determination of the retail value thereof, and the actual fair market value, as ultimately determined by Sponsor, are final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed. Each prize winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on prizes. The Internal Revenue Service requires Form 1099MISC to be issued and filed for any recipient who receives a prize if the annual aggregate value of the prize received is $600 or more. Sponsor will issue a Form 1099MISC to Grand Prize Winner for the total fair market value of the prize he/she receives. In the event the Grand Prize Winner resides within a 180-mile radius of New York City, NY, the air transportation portion of the prize will not be awarded and ground transportation between the Grand Prize Winner's residence and the hotel designated by Sponsor may be provided. Travel is subject to terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by selected travel providers; availability and other material restrictions may apply. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. If the Grand Prize Winner becomes disabled or cannot otherwise fully enjoy the Grand Prize trip due to illness, Sponsor shall have the option at its sole discretion of: (1) being relieved of liability for fulfillment of the Grand Prize trip or any part thereof or; (2) extending the period during which such Grand Prize trip (excluding the two (2) tickets to the Season 10 Finale of Project Runway) may be awarded for a period equal to the duration of Grand Prize Winner's disability or illness and Grand Prize Winner must prove such disability or illness by a doctor's certificate, which certificate shall be endorsed by another physician agreeable to Sponsor and Grand Prize Winner at Grand Prize Winner's expense. By accepting the Grand Prize trip, Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest agree that the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest will act in a manner that is safe and respectful of Sponsor, Promotional Partners, and the Released Parties. If the Grand Prize Winner and/or his/her Guest should appear to be inebriated, impaired or acting inappropriately, if the Grand Prize Winner and/or his/her Guest speak profanity or show any lewd or sexually suggestive gesture or full or partial nudity, or if the Grand Prize Winner and/or his/her Guest become involved in any situation or occurrence which could reflect unfavorably upon any other individual, that creates the potential for death, disability, injury and/or property damage, the Sponsor, Promotional Partners and the Released Entities shall have the right, in their sole discretion, to remove both the Grand Prize Winner and Guest from the premises and the remainder of the Grand Prize trip may be forfeited without any further compensation. Grand Prize trip is subject to any and all restrictions instituted by the Department of Defense and/or Department of Homeland Security, as required. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must travel on the same itinerary and are solely responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents prior to departure. Sponsor is not responsible for any fees or additional charges resulting from Grand Prize Winner or his/her Guests change(s) to itinerary or accommodations. Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for any and all expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated as part of the prize, including, but not limited to, any and all ground transportation between Grand Prize Winner's residence and airport of departure, ground transportation in New York City, NY not specified as part of the prize, meals and beverages not stated as part of the prize, in-room charges (e.g. mini-bar, room service, laundry services, telephone calls, internet usage, movie rental), gratuities, travel upgrades, baggage fees, amenities and personal incidentals, and any other expenses not specified herein. Grand Prize Winner will be required to provide a valid major credit card upon hotel registration and all in-room charges, meals, beverages, hotel upgrades, amenities, personal incidentals, and any other expenses charged to the Grand Prize Winner's hotel room will be charged to the Grand Prize Winner's major valid credit card provided. In the event, for whatever reason, the Grand Prize Winner cannot travel on dates designated by Sponsor or the Season 10 Finale of Project Runway is cancelled or postponed, that portion of the Grand Prize will not be awarded and no compensation or substitution will be provided to Grand Prize Winner. All travel must be completed by September 12, 2012. Prize winners may not substitute, assign or transfer any prize or redeem any non-monetary prize for money. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any prize (or prize component, if applicable) with one of equal or greater value. Sponsor is responsible only for delivery of each prize and is not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise.
