Timing: Sweepstakes begins at 10:00am Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") on 7/6/2012 and ends at 11:59pm EDT on 8/1/2012 ("Sweepstakes Period").
Eligibility: open to residents of the contiguous United States (except AK, CA and HI) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Limit: Maximum one (1) entry per person per Promotion Period with a bonus entry
Prize: One (1) Grand Prize is available: A trip for winner and his or her guest to see Timabland live in concert scheduled to take place on 9/1/2012 at the Fontainebleau Hotel Miami in Miami, FL. Prize consists of: round trip airline transportation (coach class) for winner and one (1) guest from major Continental U.S. airport nearest winner's residence to the concert event/city selected by Sponsor in the United States, hotel accommodations (consisting of one (1) double occupancy, standard room) at the Fontainebleau Hotel Miami in Miami, FL for one (1) night, two (2) tickets to the concert on the date selected by Sponsor, the opportunity to meet Timabland, and receive Timabland's autograph. If winner is not able to travel or attend concert on the dates specified, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Approximate Retail Value of prize: Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000)
