open to all residents of the United States of America excluding Puerto Rico and all Unites States territories and possessions which are not eligible who have reached the age of twenty-one (21) at the time they enter the Sweepstakes

PRIZE
Among all valid Registration Forms or Mail-in Entries, the following thirty-two (32) prizes
will be awarded, subject to the conditions below:
a) One (1) grand prize consisting of:

comic book produced by Marvel Comic Books ("KÀ Comic Book") (context of
character integration to be determined at Cirque's sole discretion) (no monetary
