Limit of 10 entries per person per day. No responsibility is assumed for late or misdirected entries or prize acceptance responses. Entries must be received by July 29, 2012. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

One (1) winner will receive a Blacktop 360 Party Hub Grill-Fryer ($249.99). Entrants who have successfully referred individuals to the North American Fishing Club's Facebook page will be entered into a second drawing, where one (1) winner will receive a Blacktop 360 Party Hub Grill-Fryer ($249.99). Total ARV of all prizes in sweepstakes is $499.98. Both winners to be determined from all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be conducted on or about July 30, 2012 by Sponsor (or, at Sponsor's sole discretion, by its representatives), whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. No cash substitution, transfer, or assignment of prizes allowed, except by NAAC, which reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winner must pay all costs and taxes other than those specifically identified in the prize description. Limit of one (1) prize package per person. One potential winner will be randomly selected for each prize on or about July 30, 2012, and notified by e-mail and phone. If attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, if a potential winner cannot be verified, or if a potential winner is otherwise unable or unwilling to accept the prize, then prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner provided sufficient time remains, in NAAC's discretion. In order to accept these prizes, all winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability within fourteen (14) days of the postmark date. Winners will be responsible to pay all taxes related to a prize valued at over $600. Open to legal U.S. citizens, residing in the United States. Void in PR and where prohibited by law. Winner must be at least eighteen (18) years old on July 5, 2012. NAAC employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
