Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on 7/16/12 and ends at 10:00 AM ET on 9/18/12.
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older, who are physically located and reside in the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia at the time of entry.

To enter, you must complete and submit the online Registration Form, including first and last name, email address, date of birth, telephone number with area code and the name, city and state of school (to receive the Grand Prize if entry is determined to be the Grand Prize winner). School must be: (1) an accredited public or private institution servicing grades kindergarten through grade 12; (2) located in the fifty (50) United States (or District of Columbia); and (3) tax exempt pursuant to IRC Sec 501(c)(3). You also have the option to include an explanation, in 140 characters or less, as to "why your school should receive $4,500".
Limit of one (1) entry per person/Facebook ID throughout the Promotion Period.
Potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 9/19/12 from among all eligible entries received. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by electronic mail or telephone on or about 9/20/12. Potential Grand Prize winner and an authorized representative of the school will be required to sign and execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and where legal, a publicity release. An authorized representative of the school will also need to provide a completed W-9 Form and documentation satisfactory to Sponsor verifying that the school is a tax-exempt institution pursuant to IRC Sec 501(c)(3).
One (1) Grand Prize: A $4,500 donation awarded in the form of a check to the school designated on the winning entry. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $4,500.
Grand Prize winner will receive a selection of BIC® stationery products. ARV: $50.
Total ARV for all prizes is $4,550. The BIC® stationery products prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion including style, size and color of the BIC® stationery products awarded.
