Does anyone have experience with Sephora returns via mail? I sent back an item using their 'no postage required' label and it has been over 3.5 weeks with no word. I contacted CS and they said that they have no record of the order being returned. Now I'm nervous that I am out $90 and I don't have the item either. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

you are from west coast? That's a hella long time from west to east coast.

I haven't returned anything via mail this year though.
I'm from OR, it usually used to take about 14 business days.

So I stopped by Sephora inside JCPenney and they had the 0.51 oz. Urban Decay DeSlick makeup setting spray as a 100 pt deluxe sample, happy as I previously gotten the all nighter for $12 online in the same size (what is weird is online the size is listed as 0.34 oz for $12). Checked the Sephora inside the same mall and they did not have it. So if you guys wanted to save your points for something good, now is the time to check out your stores to see if they have this.

Also, the YOURGIFT samples keep changing. Now, there's a pink Gurlain lipstick, an Ojon hair kit, and a few other things, which I'm really excited about I think sephora is using this code to clean out their inventory of previous samples. Keep checking for the changes!

So something is either wrong with my account or jcpenneys because for the past two weeks I have redeemed a 100 pt item and they have not deducted the 200 points from me. Does anyone have this problem at a sephora inside jcpenney? Wasn't sure if they were being slow on it thE first time but the second time was on the 4th, they should be deducted by now right?

Yay, I just received notice that I reached VIB status again thru 2013. Unfortunately, I have been less than pleased with the VIB offers for most of this year or maybe it's just that what they have offered hasn't interested me enough to make a purchase.
