Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m., Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") on July 25, 2012 and ends at 11:59: p.m., Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") on August 31, 2012.
Only open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia who have the age of majority in his or her state or province of residence and who are 18 years of age or older as of the Sweepstakes start date.
Eligible participants can enter the Sweepstakes by clicking on a link that they receive in an email message from the Sponsor that will take them to an online Sweepstakes entry page or by visiting the entry page directly at http://www.checkintoca
LIMIT one (1) entry per person, per email address, per Sweepstakes Period.
Participants will also be given the opportunity after they enter the Sweepstakes to invite their friends to also enter. Each entrant may invite up to two (2) friends to enter the Sweepstakes and if one of their referred friends becomes the Grand Prize winner, that original entrant will be awarded the Refer a Friend Prize.
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing that will take place from all eligible entries received at the conclusion of Sweepstakes Entry Period. If the Grand Prize winner was referred by a friend, then that original entrant who referred him or her will be eligible to receive the Refer a Friend Prize. Potential prize winners will be contacted by the email address and/or telephone number they provided on their entry form.
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive an $1,800 check from the Sponsor. Amount is based on an average monthly cellular phone bill of $150. The total approximate retail value (the "ARV") is $1,800.
If there is a Refer a Friend Prize winner, that entrant will receive a $150 check from the Sponsor. ARV is $150.
The actual amount of any winner's monthly cellular phone bill will not have any bearing on the amount of the cash prize that they will be awarded. Total possible prize pool ARV is $1,950.
