Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 p.m. ET on July 16, 2012 and ends at 12:00:00 p.m. ET on August 16, 2012.
Only open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the U.S. and the District of Columbia ("D.C.") who are currently physically located and residing therein (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions and where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law) and who are sixteen (16) years of age or older as of the date of entry. If an entrant is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must obtain parental/legal guardian consent prior to entering or submitting any personally identifiable information. A minor is defined as a resident of Alabama or Nebraska who is between 18-19 years of age, a resident of Mississippi who is between 18-21 years of age or anyone who is under the age of 18 in the remaining 47 states. Entrants must also have either a valid social security number and/or a valid U.S. personal tax identification number.

After completing and submitting the Entry Information said entrant will then receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes ("Facebook Entry"). As part of the entry process, entrants will be offered the opportunity to refer friends (up to twenty-five 25 per day) to the Website in order to receive one (1) additional entry ("Bonus Entry").
Limit one (1) Facebook Entry and one (1) Bonus Entry per person (based on email address) per day for the entire Sweepstakes Period. NOTE: Even though the rules & the entry page state daily entry, they're using the Wildfire app, which generally only accepts 1 entry (unless the app is redone, and posted again each day).
One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) iPad® 16GB, Wifi mobile digital device. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $399.00.
