Upload your favorite photo of you and your friends/family showcasing what you love most about the beach and be entered to win a four-pack of tickets to Regal Theaters. The grand prize winner will receive an iPad at the end of the summer.

Timing: The Promotion begins on July 10, 2012 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on August 31, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").
Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void in Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law.
Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person/email address during the Promotion Period.
Prize Winner Selection: On or about August 31, 2012 one (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries, received during the Promotion Period.
Prizes: four-pack of tickets to Regal Theaters for each of the three photo contests (weekly), grand prize (for best photo from all three contests) is an iPad.

I sent an email to [email protected] and I asked few questions here too...no reply from both.
I'll ask again.
In the rules it says there are 3 contests, the one just ended is the first one (I guess). What are the dates for the other 2 and what are the themes?
Also, I'm a little confused, I hope I didn't miss it but, who decide the winner, the judges or is the picture that gets the most votes that win? Where can I find this info in the Official Rules?

The grand prize is for the best photo or is randomly selected? The 2 statements seem to contradict each other.

Mid-Atlantic Federal Credit Union Sorry we never received the e-mail. The next contest will be 7/25-7/31 "What You Love about the Beach". The last contest will be 8/10-8/18 "You & your friends/family at the Montgomery County Fair". The votes will decide the winners.
