Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on Thursday, July 26 2012 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on Thursday, August 30 2012.
Open to legal U.S. residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia over the age of of 18 (19 in Alabama) who have Internet access as of September 26, 2011.

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected from a random drawing of eligible entries, which will be held on Friday, August 31 2012. Winners will be notified by phone, e-mail or United States mail.
