open solely to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on October 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on November 30, 2012
Participants expressly are limited to a maximum of one (1) entry per person or e-mail address for each calendar day during the Promotion Entry Period.
Prize: One (1) potential "Grand Prize" recipient will be selected pursuant to the random drawing procedure described in the immediately succeeding paragraph. The one (1) Grand Prize will be comprised of a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to New York City, round trip airfare to/from the winner's nearest airport to New York City, hotel accommodations for three days/ two nights, ground transportation, Stacy Adams product, and spending money. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500.00).
Fourteen (14) potential "Runner Up Prize" recipients will be selected pursuant to the random drawing procedure described in the immediately succeeding paragraph. The Runner Up Prize will be comprised of one (1) pair of Stacy Adams shoes per winner. Prizes will be awarded on a weekly basis throughout the sweepstakes period.The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Runner Up Prize is one hundred and twenty dollars ($120.00).
