Beginning at 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on July 9, 2012, through 11:59 PM EST on August 20, 2012 (the "Sweepstakes Period"),
only open to legal residents of the forty eight (48) contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) and the District of Columbia, twenty-one (21) years of age or older
There shall be a limit of one (1) Entry per individual, and per email address
PRIZE: The Winner will receive one (1) round-trip airfare for two (2) to New York City, NY, transportation back and forth to the New York airport, three (3) nights' hotel stay, and four (4) days' worth of certain entertainment selected from the entertainment providers promoted for the Sweepstakes (the "Prize"), with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of three thousand dollars ($3,000.00).
