Stride Rite “Summer Fun Giveaway” Sweepstakes ~ 8/31/12

Sweepstakes begins on Wednesday, July 25, 2012, at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on Friday, August 31, 2012, at 11:59:59 PM. ET.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (“D.C.”) excluding Alaska and Hawaii, who are at thirteen (13) years of age or older at time of entry.

Three (3) methods of entry:

1.) In-Store Entry Form Method: During the Sweepstakes Period, you may visit a participating Stage, Goodys, Bealls, or Palais Royal Store location and ask an associate for an entry form. Simply complete the entry form with all required information and submit it as required by the Store Location.

3.) Mail-In Entry Method: To enter by mail simply hand print in ink the name of the Sweepstakes, your name, age, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number with area code, and email address, date of birth, (and parental signature if under 18 years of age or a minor under the law of his/her jurisdiction of residence) on a 3-1/2 " x 5 " postcard size and mail it in a first class stamped envelope to: Stride Rite Summer Fun Giveaway Sweepstakes, Box 314 c/o 90 Rockwood Place. Rochester, NY 14610.

Limit to one entry per person and per email address via any method of entry.

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a Nintendo® 3DS system (retail value $199.99) with two (2) games including Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes (retail value $39.99) and Mario Kart 7 (retail value $39.99). Total Grand Prize Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $280.00.

Two (2) First Prize Winners will each receive an Apple® iPod™Touch 8GB Memory with Skullcandy Lowrider Headphones. ARV $230.00. Total First Prize ARV is $460.00.

Five (5) Second Prize Winners will each receive a Back Pack stuffed with a pair of Sperry Top-Sider shoes and Sperry Top-Sider Swag. ARV is $150.00. Total Second Prize ARV $750.00.

The Total ARV of the Prize Pool is $1,490.00 (USD)
