Sweepstakes begins at 11:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 7/18/12 and ends at 11:00 AM ET on 10/18/12.
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older

To obtain a bonus entry during the Sweepstakes Period: once you have entered, you can follow the directions provided to "Share" the Sweepstakes with "friends" on Facebook. To receive one (1) bonus entry, five (5) of your Facebook friends must use the link you shared, "like" the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Facebook page, and enter the Sweepstakes.
LIMIT: One (1) entry per person, per email address and per valid Facebook account throughout the Sweepstakes Period via registration. Entries received from any group, corporation or other organization will be void. Any attempt to obtain more than the above-stated number of entries via registration by using multiple/different Facebook accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods may result in disqualification by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, and the associated entries will be void. You may only use one (1) email address/Facebook account to enter this Sweepstakes. There is no limit to the number of bonus entries you may obtain, but you may only share with persons with whom you have an existing relationship on Facebook and who are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
PRIZE (1): Prize package consists of a $1,000 gift card that may be used toward a home décor makeover and one (1) sixty (60) minute room/home décor consultation with a Better Homes and Gardens stylist, Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $500; total prize package ARV $1,500.
Winner must provide Sponsor with photos and dimensions of one (1) room prior to the consultation. Exact individual providing the design consultation and exact date and time of such consultation will be determined by Sponsor. Consultation will not be in-person and may be by telephone, electronic mail and/or mail, at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Consultation must be completed by October 25, 2013 or it will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner for such portion of prize. In the event Sponsor is unable to provide the consultation, no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Gift card subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer.
