Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on July 26, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. Central Time ("CT") and ends on August 15, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) CT (the "Sweepstakes Period").
Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) continental United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Limit: One (1) entry per person/per email address during the Sweepstakes Period.
Each week there will be a random drawing for entrants who referred friends via Facebook post to the Sweepstakes to win a Jack Black Referral Prize package for a total of 3 prize packages.
Prizes: ONE (1) Grand Prize: Two (2) tickets to a professional football team's home game* (valued at $250 each) and one (1) Jack Black prize package (valued at $250). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $750
THREE (3) Referral Prizes: One (1) Jack Black prize package (valued at $100). ARV: $300
Total ARV of all prizes combined: $1,050. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions. In the case of unavailability of [any] prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. If tickets are not available for the 2012 professional football season, the Grand Prize winner will be given the total cash value of $500.
*The date and location of the game will be selected by Jack Black, LLC and is based on availability of tickets for a professional football game. The purchased tickets may or may not be for the same team that the winner selects in his/her Sweepstakes entry.
