If entering by mail, each entry must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, postmarked envelope. The Arby's Snap & Rock specially marked cups can be obtained without purchase at participating Arby's locations. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries accepted. No responsibility is assumed by the Pepsi-Cola Company ("Sponsor") and Promotion Parties (as defined below) for lost, late, mutilated, illegible, incomplete, misdirected or postage-due mail or entries. No other forms of entry are valid.
Limit one (1) entry per day, per person/email/household/mobile phone number regardless of method of entry throughout the Promotion Period. Applicable to (a), (b) and (c) above: You will be sent a reply e-mail verifying your photo came from a participating Arby's specially marked 22oz, 30oz and/or 40oz fountain cup as indicated above and containing a link, which will direct consumers to a mobile site or website depending on whether the link is accessed from a mobile device or computer, where you must enter your date of birth or connect with Facebook and enter your mobile phone number and carrier in order to be entered into the random drawing according to the Artist photo recognition and receive your Instant Win game play. The Instant Win game play will be sent via text message to the mobile phone number entered on the mobile site or web site. Participants may incur a standard data, text message, or MMS charge from their wireless service provider for each message sent or received. Participants who share their photo with a friend can earn one (1) bonus sweepstakes entry. Limit one (1) bonus sweepstakes entry per day, per person/email/household/mobile phone number throughout the Promotion Period.
Applicable to (d): You will be sent a reply e-mail confirming receipt of your mailed entry. You will be sent a unique Entry Code, click the link to the Website and follow the instructions on screen to enter one of the three Grand Prize concert sweepstakes and a chance to win an instant online prize (See Rule 3 for Instant Win Prize descriptions).
Proof of submitting an entry does not constitute proof of delivery. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned to entrant. Every entry must be manually keystroked and manually entered by the individual entrant; automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot or game service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related e-mail or IP addresses may be blocked. on a side note, there were over 5000 entries submitted before noon today, so it looks like the odds will be pretty low on this one. I'm always curious to know how many people enter these things, how often, and how frequently... pongr at least tracks the number of pics submitted, which is a decent indicator I guess.
