The first randomly selected potential winner that answers a telephone call placed by Administrator notifying him/her of his/her potential winning status and who agrees to accept such prize will be declared the Grand Prize winner (the "Grand Prize Winner"), subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. Messages will not be left on answering machines or with live persons.
Timing: from 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 8/1/12 through 11:59:59 PM ET on 9/11/12
Limit: one (1) entry per person and per valid e-mail address per day.
Eligibility: open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or of the legal age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) as of 8/1/12.

Prize: A 3-day/2-night trip for the Grand Prize Winner and up to (3) guest(s) to Boston, MA to have dinner with former MLB All Star Nomar Garciaparra at winner's choice of one (1) of the following resturants in Boston, MA: the Smith & Wollensky Atlantic Wharf Restaurant or Smith & Wollensky Back Bay Restaurant. Trip includes round-trip coach class air transportation from a major airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner's residence in the U.S. to a major U.S. gateway airport near Boston, MA; standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (two (2) rooms), dinner for winner and his/her guests with Nomar Garciaparra and ground transportation to/from the airport and the hotel (Approximate Retail Value=$4,900). Actual value of Grand Prize will vary depending on Grand Prize Winner's city of departure. Administrator, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if winner resides within one-hundred (100) miles of Boston, MA (and no additional compensation or substitution will be awarded for difference in prize value). Trip must be taken in October 2012 as designated by Sponsor per Nomar Garciaparrs's availability or prize will be forfeited
