Sweepstakes begins on November 19, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 19, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit http://www.webmd.com/parenting/ra...efault.htm and log-in to or create your WebMD account. Complete and submit the WebMD Raising Fit Kids Sweepstakes registration form to automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Limit: You may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A $1,500 gift card and four (4) U.S. Disney park tickets. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,856.
FOUR (4) FIRST PRIZES: A $375 gift card and two (2) U.S. Disney park tickets. ARV: $553.
Park tickets will be for either Disney Park or Disney Land, as determined by winner's vicinity to park location. Terms and conditions of park tickets and gift cards apply. Specific gift card and park ticket type determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Park tickets cannot be exchanged for cash.
