Prizes:
One (1) Grand Prize – A 4-
day/3-night trip for winner and one (1) guest for the "Kellogg's™ ULTIMATE Racing
Experience Sweepstakes with Target® Chip Ganassi Racing" at the professional
automobile race scheduled for May 2013 or July 2013 (exact date to be determined by
Sponsor) in Indianapolis, IN (ARV $5,550). Prize includes round trip coach-class air
transportation for winner and one (1) guest from major airport nearest winner's home to
destination city closest to race track; 3-nights lodging for two (2) at Sponsor-selected hotel
near race track (based on double occupancy); round trip ground transportation to/from
airport-hotel and hotel-race track/events; a VIP race experience that consists of – race
day breakfast with a Sponsor-selected Ganassi Racing team driver, a
photographer/videographer to document your race day experience, media/press room
access & an opportunity to appear on-stage with a Ganassi driver, a ride in the pace car,
pit crew & garage credentials, hospitality area access with the team on race day, "meet &
greet" with Ganassi Racing team (subject to availability), autographed merchandise, and
$1,000 in spending cash (winner only – to be awarded in the form of a check). Trip must
be taken by date as specified by Sponsor for the selected race or prize will be forfeited in
its entirety. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary; and must possess required
travel documents prior to awarding of prize. Obtaining the necessary travel documents
are the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her guest. Trip prize will be scheduled by
Sponsor at its sole discretion. Age restriction for winner's guest applies at some
professional automobile race tracks for race day related activities. Actual retail value of
prize may vary depending on winner's residence and may fluctuate due to market
conditions, changes in value of components, (e.g. air transportation and hotel rates) and
other reasons. Grand Prize does not include taxes, tips, gratuities, meals (other than
those indicated herein), service charges, laundry service, alcoholic beverages,
merchandise, souvenirs, local and long distance telephone calls, airport charges, or any
other service or item not specifically described above. In the event any scheduled
appearance, event and/or any other component of the prize is cancelled, delayed, or
postponed for any reason outside the control of the Sponsor, Sponsor will have no further
obligation, other than to award the remainder of the prize.

Three (3) First Prizes – An autographed Ganassi Racing team fire suit (ARV $1,000 ea. winner);

Thirty Three (33) Second Prizes – Second Prizes will be randomly awarded to the winners from the following pool of prizes –

five (5) prizes available: two (2) Grandstand Race Tickets to the professional automobile race scheduled for May 2013 or July 2012 (exact date to be determined by Sponsor) in Indianapolis, IN ($100 ea. winner);,

three (3) prizes available: autographed Ganassi Racing team racing gloves (ARV $100 ea. winner);

five (5) prizes available: autographed Ganassi Racing team racing car parts (five (5) parts) (ARV $150
ea. winner);

ten (10) prizes available: $100 Bank-issued, pre-loaded Debit Card (to be used towards the purchase of gasoline) ($100 ea. winner); and

ten (10) prizes available: $100 Target, pre-loaded Gift Card ($100 ea. winner).

Seventy Five (75) Third Prizes –Third Prizes will be awarded to the winners in the following order –

(Third Prize winners 1 – 15) an autographed Ganassi Racing team Die Cast Car (ARV $70 ea.);

(Third Prize winners 16 – 35) an autographed Ganassi Racing team Hat (ARV $25 ea.);

(Third Prize winners 36 – 55) A Race Party Packs featuring assorted Kellogg's® products (ARV $25 ea.;

(Third Prize winners 56 – 75) an autographed Ganassi Racing team Shirt (ARV $20 ea.).
