begins at 12:00:00 AM PDT on August 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PDT on August 31, 2012
open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry
limited to one entry per entrant per challenge
PRIZES:
GRAND PRIZE – one (1): Austin City Limits (“ACL”) VIP Travel Package for Two (Winner & Guest)*; Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $10,000.
FIRST PRIZE – thirty (30): $100 Walmart Gift Card; ARV of First Prize: $100.
ARV of all prizes in Sweepstakes: $13,000.
*The Grand Prize consists of (i) round trip coach air transportation from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence within the United States to and from Austin, Texas for two (2) persons (winner and guest (guest must also be at least eighteen (18) years of age and will require the consent of a parent/legal guardian’s permission if under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence)), (ii) three (3) nights lodging in Austin (standard accommodations/double occupancy), (iii) ground transportation to and from Austin airport to the hotel, (iv) travel to and from hotel to ACL, (v) two (2) ACL T-Shirts, and (vi) two (2) ACL posters. Prize is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash and is subject to all terms and conditions of use as established by Sponsor. In addition, in the event prize winner elects not to include or travel with a guest, the companion ticket element of the prize will be forfeited, no additional ticket will be awarded and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in prize value. Grand Prize winner must be available to use prize (travel) to Austin on or about October 12, 2012 through October 15, 2012.
