Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to Yountville, Napa Valley, California. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner'shome (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to San Francisco, three (3) nights' accommodations at the North Block hotel (private suite); four (4) VIP "winery" tour experiences, including driving services from hotel to winery locations and returning to hotel; one (1) gift certificate to Press Restaurant, St. Helena, valued at $100; one (1) gift certificate for Oakville Grocery, valued at $50. Room accommodation prize voucher may be redeemed until the expiration date printed on the voucher. Prize voucher expiration date cannot be extended. Prize voucher cannot be sold or traded on auction websites and will not be reissued in the event of expiration, loss, damage or destruction. Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one(21) days prior to departure. Trip subject to availability and blackout dates. Availability must be confirmed with the Sponsor. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability, additional date restrictions, including black-out periods may apply. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals,incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, any and all personal charges at lodging [e.g., including but not limited to mini-bar, on-demand video, telephone calls, meals, beverages, gratuities, travel upgrades,personal incidentals and retail charges placed on the winner's guest account (the "Incidental Hotel Charges")], security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Winner will be required to provide a valid major credit card upon hotel check-in and all Incidental Hotel Charges shall be paid by the Winner using such credit card or an alternative method of payment acceptable to the hotel. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Winner and travel companions are solely responsible for obtaining valid documents necessary for travel. Travel restrictions,conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor's sole discretion.
