open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C., who are at least eighteen (18) years old

Limit one (1) Entry per person, per day, during the Sweepstakes Period.

Limit one (1) Additional Entry per share on Twitter, per day, per Entrant, and one (1) Additional Entry per share on Facebook, per day, per Entrant. Limit one (1) Entry and two (2) Additional Entries per person, per day during the Sweepstakes Period, for a total of three (3) Entries per person, per day, during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prizes: There will be a total of eighteen (18) Prizes in this Sweepstakes: seventeen (17) Weekly Prizes and one (1) Grand Prize.
Drawing and Notification:
Grand Prize:
The potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected from among all eligible Entries received, in a random drawing (the "Grand Prize Drawing") by the Administrator, an independent organization, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize Drawing will be held after 12:00:01 pm ET on or about December 4, 2012. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The Grand Prize winner will be notified by telephone and/or USPS mail.

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive one thousand dollars (Approximate Retail Value "ARV:" $1,000 USD) to spend on fitness items for their family and one (1) Fit Prize Pack. Each Fit Prize Pack includes: one (1) two hundred fifty dollar ($250 USD) gift card (ARV: $250 USD), one (1) Fitbit (ARV: $99 USD) and a collection of Henkel products (ARV: $47.50). The one thousand dollars part of the Grand Prize will be awarded as a check. The Prize is non-assignable, non-transferable, and non-refundable, and must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions may be made, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any part of the Grand Prize with prize(s) of equal or greater value.
Total ARV of Grand Prize: $1,396.50

Weekly Prizes:
The potential seventeen (17) Weekly Winners (each a "Weekly Winner") will be selected each week from among all eligible Entries received by the Administrator, an independent organization, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Seventeen (17) Weekly Prize Drawings (each a "Weekly Drawing") will be held on or about each Wednesday during the Sweepstakes Period, after 12:00:01 pm ET, with the first one being on or about Wednesday, August 7, 2012, and the last one being on or about Wednesday, November 27, 2012. Each Weekly Drawing will select a Weekly Winner from all eligible Entries received between 12:00:01 am ET the preceding Wednesday and 11:59:59 pm ET on that Tuesday (each a "Weekly Period"). All entries received between November 26, 2012, at 12:00:01 am ET, and December 1, 2012, at 11:59:59 pm ET, will be considered for the Grand Prize Drawing, and not a Weekly Drawing. Non-winning Entries from any preceding Weekly Periods will roll over and be considered in subsequent Weekly Drawings. Non-winning Entries from any preceding Weekly Periods will roll over and be considered in the final Grand Prize Drawing. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential Weekly Winners will be notified by telephone and/or USPS mail.
