Sweepstakes begins June 18, 2012 at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") and ends at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") on August 12, 2012.
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Limit one (1) Entry Period entry and one (1) Grand Prize entry per person/e-mail address/Facebook account/per day.
Grand Prize (1): A "VIP Concert Experience" for Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to a concert date and location of winner's choice from a Sponsor-selected list of concerts. Locations to select from include: September 13th in Virginia Beach, VA, September 28th in Tampa, FL, September 29th in West Palm Beach, FL or October 13th in New Orleans, LA. Trip prize includes:
- round-trip coach air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner's United States home) to destination location,
- one doubleoccupancy hotel room for two (2) nights/three (3) days,
- $500.00 spending money for the winner (awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer payable to winner),
- two (2) tickets to the concert,
- ground transportation to/from hotel to concert and
- one (1) Schick Hydro Silk™ gift pack.
Travel, accommodations, and concerts are subject to availability and change. Selection of airline and hotels are solely within Sponsor's discretion. Ground transportation, meals, gratuities, luggage fees, incidental hotel charges, and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the winner's responsibility. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver's license) required for travel and for VIP Concert Experience. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. If winner is eligible, but a minor in his/her state of
residence, travel guest of winner must be winner's parent or legal guardian. If guest is a minor in his/her state of residence, winner must be the travel guest's parent or legal guardian. Travel guest must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing of travel occurs. Once travel guest is selected, they may not be substituted, except in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. If in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to the destination, ground transportation will be substituted for round-trip air travel at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or
substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any Grand Prize-related services or accommodations. Grand Prize winner and guest are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged. Winner must accept prize as specified by Sponsor or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $3,520.00. Actual retail value depends on destination and city/day/time of departure.

ENTRY PERIOD 1: (7 total): Two (2) tickets to a TBP show (winner's choice from a Sponsor-selected list of concerts, subject to availability), a Meet & Greet with the band (subject to availability) and one Schick Hydro Silk™ gift pack ARV: $170.00 each. No transportation or accommodations will be included with this prize.
ENTRY PERIOD 2: (7 total): One (1) Tablet with TBP Screen Saver (pre-loaded) and one (1) Schick Hydro Silk™ gift pack. ARV: $220.00 each.
ENTRY PERIOD 3: (7 total): One (1) MP3 player with TBP songs from their first album (pre-loaded) and one (1) Schick Hydro Silk™ gift pack. ARV: $245.00 each.
