Super 8 Gr8 Escape Sweepstakes ~ 8/31/12 (Facebook - Wyndham Rewards® members)

Sweepstakes begins August 8, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends August 31, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. ET.

Open to all legal residents of the U.S. and Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state or province of residence at the time of the start of the Promotion.

Follow the instructions to submit your online entry. The instructions will indicate that enrollment in the Wyndham Rewards program is required for entry. If you are already a member, you will be advised that it will be necessary to include your Wyndham Rewards membership number as part of the Sweepstakes entry process. If you are not a Wyndham Rewards member, you will be advised that enrollment is free and that a Wyndham Rewards membership number may be easily obtained by clicking on the link provided to become a Wyndham Rewards member and instantly receive your member number.

Only one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person is permitted per day. Any attempt by any entrant to exceed the entry limit by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities, registrations, Wyndham Rewards Numbers and/or logins, or any other methods will void all that entrant's entries and that entrant will be disqualified.

There are a total of twenty-four (24) First Prizes. Eight (8) First Prize winners will be selected from each of three (3) separate random drawings held during the Sweepstakes Period. Eight (8) First Prize winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received through August 14, 2012 (at 11:59:59 p.m. ET); eight (8) winners from among all eligible entries received through August 21, 2012 (at 11:59:59 p.m. ET); and eight (8) winners from among all eligible entries received through August 28, 2012 (at 11:59:59 p.m. ET). Each First Prize drawing will be conducted on the day after the end date of its respective entry deadline. For the avoidance of doubt, non-winning entries will be retained for subsequent First Prize drawings.

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all verified First Prize winners plus one additional entrant randomly selected from eligible entries received through August 31, 2012, the end of the Promotion Period, excluding First Prize winners. For the avoidance of doubt, persons who enter the Sweepstakes beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on August 29, 2012 will only be eligible to win the Grand Prize, not a First Prize. The Grand Prize drawing will be conducted on the later of September 4, 2012, or upon verification of all twenty-four (24) First Prize winners from the First Prize drawings.
Potential Sweepstakes prize winners will be notified by e-mail and/or phone, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

First Prize (24): A Weekend Getaway prize package consisting of:
(1) a $100 (US or CAN) gas card;
(2) $200 in spending money (US or CAN);
(3) a book, Road Trip USA: Cross-Country Adventures on America's Two-Lane Highways by Jamie Jensen, 6th edition, published by Perseus Books Group; and
(4) 32,000 Wyndham Rewards points redeemable for two (2) free night stays at any participating Super 8 location in the U.S. or Canada (one room; single or double occupancy). Free nights’ stay component of prize requires enrollment in Wyndham Rewards program (membership is free) in order to redeem Wyndham Rewards points, subject to availability and standard terms and conditions of Wyndham Rewards points redemption program. Gas Card and spending money components of Prize awarded in the form of a gift card/debit card issued by a recognized bank or credit/debit card provider of Sponsor's sole choosing or as a check, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Gift cards/debit cards issued in U.S. or Canadian currency corresponding to winner's country of residence as verified in each Prize Winner’s Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Form. Gift Cards/debit cards subject to terms and conditions of use which may include expiration date. If any First Prize Winner is a Canadian resident, winner may elect to receive a regional Moon Canadian Travel Guide in lieu of the Road Trip USA book. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Wyndham Rewards points prize component: $160 (US). ARV of gas card and spending money prize components: $300 (US). ARV of book prize component: $30 (US). Total ARV of First Prize: $490.00 (US) each.

Grand Prize (1):
A 2013 Ford® Escape SE sport utility vehicle, including the following standard features: EcoBoost® I-4 engine; fog lamps; 17" alloy wheels; SecuriCode invisible keyless entry keypad; SYNC voice-activated communications and entertainment system (single USB port); and SiriusXM Satellite Radio with 6-month pre-paid subscription.

In addition to vehicle and standard features, prize also includes a GPS device; iPod Touch with the Super 8 mobile app, Yelp and TripAdvisor; a $50 iTunes Gift Card; Thule trunk-mounted 2-bike carrier; and two Super 8 Coffee Mugs.

Prize also includes vehicle state/provincial sales tax as applicable. Approximate MSRP of vehicle plus sales tax and destination fees: $27,850 (US). Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of GPS device: $100 (US); ARV of iPod Touch: $200; ARV of iTunes gift card: $50 (US); ARV of bike carrier: $400; ARV of coffee mugs: $15 (US). Total ARV of Grand Prize: $28,615(US).

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar vehicle of equal or greater value should the vehicle as described be unavailable for any reason. Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all title, license and registration fees, any additional equipment/accessories not specified above, extended warranties, insurance, gasoline, vehicle maintenance and all other fees and expenses associated with the receipt and use of the prize. Vehicle color choice will be coordinated with the winner, but will ultimately be at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize vehicle may differ from what is depicted in Sweepstakes advertising. Winner may be required to show proof of valid automobile insurance and driver’s license issued in his/her name prior to receipt of automobile. Winner must take delivery of vehicle at a dealership of Sponsor’s sole choosing near his/her residence within 45 days of winner verification. Satellite Radio subscription is subject to terms/conditions of provider which will be furnished to winner at time vehicle is awarded.

TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF ALL PRIZES IN SWEEPSTAKES: $40,375.00 US.
