Promotion commences on August 7, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on October 5, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.
Offered only to legal United States residents living in the 50 United States and District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older, established at the time of entry.

The Instant Win Game consists of three (3) levels, each increasing in difficulty. Performance in the Instant Win Game will yield points to the Entrant's score. Once a pre-determined point threshold has been met by an Entrant, as communicated during the Instant Win Game, the Entrant will be allowed to move to the next level in the Instant Win Game. For each level completed in the Instant Win Game, the Entrant will receive an additional entry into the Sweepstakes. An Entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for completing Level 1. If the Entrant completes Level 2, the Entrant will receive a total of two (2) entries into the Sweepstakes, and if the Entrant completes Level 3, the Entrant will receive a total of three (3) entries into the Sweepstakes. Entries are not cumulative. For example, if the Entrant completes Level 2, the Entrant will receive only two (2) entries into the Sweepstakes. The Entrant will have unlimited chances to complete all three Levels of the Instant Win Game while logged in and playing the Instant Win Game, but is limited to a total of three (3) entries into the Sweepstakes per day. Scores achieved in the Instant Win Game have no bearing on an Entrant's fitness for winning an Instant Win Prize or the Sweepstakes Grand Prize.
The Entrant may play the Instant Win Game only once per day. Each day that the Entrant plays the Instant Win Game, he/she will start from the beginning of the Instant Win Game, no matter how far the Entrant progressed in the previous play. Each Entrant may receive up to three (3) entries per day by successfully playing all three Instant Win Game levels. After completing the Game Play, regardless of what level the Entrant achieves, the Entrant must then click the button on the screen to receive a win/lose message.
By following the on-line instructions to "Refer-A- Friend" on the Website, each Entrant may refer up to five (5) friends, no more than one (1) per day, to enter this Promotion during the entire Promotion Period. To refer a friend, an Entrant must have an existing personal relationship with the referred friend and believe that he/she would be interested in learning about how to register and participate in the Promotion. For each referred friend, the Entrant will receive one (1) extra Game Play in the Instant Win Game and three (3) Sweepstakes Entries.
PRIZES:
A. Instant Win Game Prizes:
Instant Win Prize 1: Twelve (12) Instant Winners will each receive a year's supply of DOLE Fruit Bowls® (awarded in the form of 92 product certificates, each good for one (1) free package). ARV of each: $302.68.
Instant Win Prize 2: Two Hundred Fifty (250) Instant Winners will each receive a month's supply of DOLE Fruit Bowls® (awarded in the form of 8 product certificates, each good for one (1) free package). ARV of each: $26.32.
B. Sweepstakes Grand Prize (1): One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner will win $10,000 awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner. ARV: $10,000.
Total ARV of all prizes is $20,212.16. Winning an Instant Prize will not disqualify an Entrant from being eligible for the Sweepstakes Grand Prize drawing. Limit one (1) Instant Prize per household and one (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize per household.
