Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. PDT on 08/10/2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PDT on 08/16/2012.
Open to residents of the Continental U.S. (excluding FL and RI) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Previous winners of a Fry's Electronics, Inc. Facebook Sweepstakes are not eligible to win and any such participants will be disqualified.
Must "Like" the Fry's Electronics, Inc. Facebook page, enter through the Nintendo 3DS XL tab - https://www.facebook.co
Limit one (1) entry per person.
1st Prize: One (1) Nintendo 3DS XL system valued at $199.99 will be awarded based on a random drawing from all eligible entries.
2nd Prize: One (1) New Super Mario Bros. 2 game valued at $39.99 will be awarded based on a random drawing from all eligible entries.
BUT WAIT…
If Fry's Electronics, Inc. receives at least 6,000 valid entries during the Entry Period, it will double the prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes by adding another Nintendo 3DS XL system and another New Super Mario Bros. 2 game. Under these circumstances, Fry's Electronics, Inc. will award two 1st Prizes and two (2) 2nd prizes to a total of four (4) different winners.
Fry's Electronics, Inc. will notify each Sweepstakes winner by the telephone number provided on his/her entry form. If Fry's Electronics, Inc. does not receive a response to its telephone call notification, or otherwise speak with the winner, within twenty-four (24) hours of the initial notification attempt, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected by random drawing from the entry pool.
