Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility: Aria Share Your Story Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) who are at least twenty one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees of CityCenter Holdings, LLC, ePrize, LLC, and each of their respective parent and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which, subject to NRS 463.362, are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Promotion consists of a sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) and an instant win game (the “Instant Win Game”).

3. Timing: The Promotion begins on August 8, 2012 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on October 17, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion. For purposes of these Official Rules, a "day" begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the same calendar day.
4. How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit www.ARIAShareYourStory.com (the "Website") and complete and submit the registration form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game. Limit: Each entrant may enter the Sweepstakes by completing the registration form via the Website one (1) time per day and play the Instant Win game one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.
Bonus Entries: For additional Sweepstakes entries (which you may receive only after you have registered for the Promotion and submitted at least one (1) Sweepstakes entry as described above), during the Promotion Period complete the following actions:
a. Opt-In to Mobile Messaging: During the Promotion Period, if you provide your mobile phone number during the initial registration and opt-in to receive mobile messaging from Aria where indicated on the registration page or the instant win game page, you will automatically receive one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes ("Mobile Entry"). To receive the Mobile Entry without opting-in to receive mobile messaging, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5"
piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to "Aria Share Your Story Sweepstakes," PO BOX 5046, Kalamazoo MI 49003-5046. All mail-in entries must be handwritten and must be postmarked by October 17, 2012 received by October 24, 2012. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified. Limit: One (1) Sweepstakes Mobile Entry (either by opting-in to mobile messaging or mailing-in an entry as described above) per person during the Promotion Period.
b. Upload a Memorable Moment: Upload an essay about a memorable moment in your life (the "Submission") to the Website. By uploading your Submission, you agree that it conforms to the Submission Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below (collectively, the “Guidelines and Restrictions”) and that Sponsor, may disqualify you from the Promotion if it believes, in its sole discretion that your Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions. Valid Submissions will receive (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes ("Submission Entry"). Limit: One (1) Sweepstakes Submission Entry per person during the Promotion Period.
Submission Guidelines:
The Submission must be in text format;
The Submission must not exceed two hundred fifty (250) words in length;
The Submission must be in English; and
The Submission cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly through any means.
Content Restrictions:
The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
The Submission must not disparage Sponsor, Administrator or any other person or party affiliated with the promotion and administration of this Contest;
The Submission must not feature brand names or trademarks other than those owned by Sponsor, which entrant has a limited license to use to incorporate into his/her Submission for this Contest;
The Submission must not contain text not created by entrant and must be the original work solely of entrant;
The Submission must not contain text that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene hateful, tortious, untruthful, inaccurate, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
The Submission must not contain text that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where Submission is created.
Entrant must have permission from all individuals mentioned in the
Submission (if any) to use their name and likeness in the Submission and to grant the rights set forth herein. If requested, entrant must be able to provide such permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor. Uploading a Submission constitutes entrant’s agreement to grant Sponsor, including Sponsor’s assignees and licensees, a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and publicly display such Submission in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional or marketing purposes. If requested, entrant will sign any documentation that may be required for Sponsor or its designees to make use of the non-exclusive rights entrant is granting to use the Submission.
c. Share on Facebook or Twitter: After you register, you will be offered an Aria coupon. If you click on the link to share this coupon with your friends on Facebook or Twitter, you will automatically receive one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry ("Coupon Sharing Entry"). Limit: Each entrant may receive one (1) Sweepstakes Coupon Sharing Entry during the Promotion Period.
d. View Photos or Videos: A photograph or video will be posted to the Website each Wednesday during the Promotion Period (except for October 17, 2012). Once you view a posted photograph or video, you will automatically receive one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes (each a "Photo/Video Entry"). Limit: Up to ten (10) Sweepstakes Photo/Video Entries per person during the Promotion Period. Each person may receive one (1) Sweepstakes Photo/Video Entry per photograph or video posted.
e. "Like" Aria Resort & Casino on Facebook: After registering for the Promotion and submitting the required information, follow the directions to "like" the Aria Resort & Casino Page on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/ARIA),and you will receive one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes for the Promotion Period ("Facebook Entry"). Limit: One (1) Sweepstakes Facebook Entry per person during the Promotion Period.
f. Tweet About the Promotion: After registering for the Promotion and submitting the required information, follow the directions on the Website and click where indicated to sign-up to follow Aria Resort & Casino on Twitter (@AriaLV), and you will receive one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes for the Promotion Period ("Twitter Entry"). Limit: One (1) Sweepstakes Twitter Entry per person during the Promotion Period. Note: If you post updates to or receive updates from Twitter.com via SMS from your wireless phone, your wireless service provider may charge you for each text message you send and/or receive. Please consult your wireless service provider regarding its pricing plan.
g. Tell a Friend Program: After you enter the Promotion, you will be invited to share a link about the Sweepstakes with your friends on Facebook who must be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Each person that you refer will receive a post with a link notifying him or her about the Sweepstakes. You may only refer persons with whom you have an existing relationship. For each friend you refer who subsequently registers for the Sweepstakes, you will be
given one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period ("TAF Facebook Entry"), up to a maximum of ten (10) TAF Facebook Entries per day for the Promotion Period.
Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of plays/entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's plays/entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All terms and conditions of Twitter.com and Facebook.com apply to the extent you participate in the Promotion as set forth above in (c), (e), (f) and (g) above.
5. Sweepstakes/Instant Win Game: Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Sweepstakes: On or around October 31, 2012, Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winner from among all eligible entries received. Instant Win Game: Seven hundred thirty (730) random, computer-generated winning times, one for each prize listed below, will be generated during the Promotion Period. If you are the first player to play the Instant Win Game at or after one of the randomly-generated times, you will be a potential instant winner of the prize indicated.
6. ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE INSTANT WIN GAME OR SWEEPSTAKES SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY, AND THE POTENTIAL INSTANT WIN GAME WINNER AND/OR SWEEPSTAKES WINNER HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY PLAY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE PLAY, IS VOID AND WILL NOT BE HONORED.
7. Verification of Potential Winners: Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. The potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will be notified by mail, email or phone. Each potential Grand through Third Prize winner will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release which must be received by Administrator, within seven (7) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to require the guest of Grand Prize winner to sign and return and Liability and Publicity Release in accordance with the above. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the Declaration of
Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release within the required time period (if applicable), or prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits the prize. In the event that a potential winner of the Grand through Fifth Prizes is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes. There will be three (3) alternate drawings after which the prize will remain unawarded. Unclaimed Sixth through Eighteenth Prizes will not be awarded. First through Eighteenth Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Promotion.
8. Prizes:
Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Two (2) nights' accommodations at the ARIA Resort & Casino Sky Suites Penthouse; ground transportation to and from airport (McCarran International Airport) and hotel; private check-in to hotel; exclusive private entry to Penthouse; access to the VIP lounge with complimentary food and beverage amenities including a daily wine and cheese pairing; private elevator access; dinner for two (2) at Sage and dinner for two (2) at American Fish (menus are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); breakfast buffet for two (2); poolside VIP cabana with lunch; Spa or Salon Treatment for two (2). Winner is solely responsible for transportation to and from the ARIA Resort & Casino. Winner must complete the hotel stay within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. Hotel subject to availability and blackout dates. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight or other transportation. Accommodations and other elements of trip are subject to availability. Unless a child of the winner, trip companion must be twenty one (21) years of age or older as of the date of departure or a sibling/friend of winner with the appropriate parental permissions and releases and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, airfare, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Winner's companion may be required to execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of trip documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $11,500. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater retail value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

g. Tell a Friend Program: After you enter the Promotion, you will be invited to share a link about the Sweepstakes with your friends on Facebook who must be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Each person that you refer will receive a post with a link notifying him or her about the Sweepstakes. You may only refer persons with whom you have an existing relationship. For each friend you refer who subsequently registers for the Sweepstakes, you will be
given one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period ("TAF Facebook Entry"), up to a maximum of ten (10) TAF Facebook Entries per day for the Promotion Period.
Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of plays/entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's plays/entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All terms and conditions of Twitter.com and Facebook.com apply to the extent you participate in the Promotion as set forth above in (c), (e), (f) and (g) above.
5. Sweepstakes/Instant Win Game: Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Sweepstakes: On or around October 31, 2012, Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winner from among all eligible entries received. Instant Win Game: Seven hundred thirty (730) random, computer-generated winning times, one for each prize listed below, will be generated during the Promotion Period. If you are the first player to play the Instant Win Game at or after one of the randomly-generated times, you will be a potential instant winner of the prize indicated.
6. ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE INSTANT WIN GAME OR SWEEPSTAKES SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY, AND THE POTENTIAL INSTANT WIN GAME WINNER AND/OR SWEEPSTAKES WINNER HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY PLAY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE PLAY, IS VOID AND WILL NOT BE HONORED.
7. Verification of Potential Winners: Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. The potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will be notified by mail, email or phone. Each potential Grand through Third Prize winner will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release which must be received by Administrator, within seven (7) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to require the guest of Grand Prize winner to sign and return and Liability and Publicity Release in accordance with the above. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the Declaration of
Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release within the required time period (if applicable), or prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits the prize. In the event that a potential winner of the Grand through Fifth Prizes is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes. There will be three (3) alternate drawings after which the prize will remain unawarded. Unclaimed Sixth through Eighteenth Prizes will not be awarded. First through Eighteenth Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Promotion.

Accommodations and other elements of trip are subject to availability.
