open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (the "Eligibility Area"), who are eighteen (18) to twenty-nine (29) years of age at the time of entry,

begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET) on July 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 15, 2012 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

HOW TO ENTER. There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes: (1) College Campus Voting Entry: Voting for a major college campus where USN's Campus Challenge should be held can be done via the Maxim website - www.maxim.com/bodyfortress/sweepstakes - from 12:00:01 AM ET 7/1/2012 through 11:59:59 PM ET 8/15/2012 by completing the official entry form. Include the major college campus name where you would like a campus challenge to be held and your name, home address, e-mail address, date of birth and then hit the SUBMIT button. (2) Campus Challenge Winner Voting Entry: Voting for a Campus Challenge Winner can be done on the Maxim website - http://www.maxim.com/bodyfortress...schallenge - 12:00:01 AM ET 10/15/2012 through 11:59:59 PM ET 11/15/2012. You may vote for the male and female you think should win the challenge and then enter your name, home address, e-mail address, date of birth and hit the SUBMIT button. No Purchase Required for either method. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on 8/15/2012 for the College Campus Voting Entry and before the same time on 11/15/2012 for the Campus Challenge Winner Voting Entry to be eligible.

LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER HOUSEHOLD PER DAY, REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY.

PRIZE(S); ODDS OF WINNING. There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner and ten (10) Runner-Up Prize Winners. Grand Prize Winner: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be awarded one (1) 4 day / 3 night trip for two people to Maxim's 2013 Spring Break in Panama City, FL. Each Grand Prize includes roundtrip coach air transportation for two (airline to be selected within the sole and absolute discretion of AMG), accommodations for three (3) nights (double occupancy) at a hotel to be selected and determined in the sole and absolute discretion of AMG, one (1) $200 Visa gift card, ground transportation between the airport and hotel. (Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize: $2,000.00, depending on city of origin and time of trip).

The trip must be taken during Maxim's Spring Break dates in March 2013 (exact dates to be specified by AMG), or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be offered. If the Grand Prize winner or his/her traveling guest will be under the age of 21 on the date the trip is intended to commence, the trip prize shall be automatically forfeited and the winner shall receive a Visa (or similar) gift card in the amount of $2,000.00 (two thousand dollars, US).

Runner-Up Prize Winners: Ten (10) Runner-up Prize Winners will each receive a prize pack consisting of: one (1) Body Fortress® All-In-One Shaker Cup, one (1) Body Fortress® coupon booklet, one (1) Body Fortress® Draw String Bag and one (1) container of Body Fortress® Super Advanced Whey Protein Powder (2 lbs.) (Approximate retail value of Prize Pack: $60.00 each; approximate retail value of Runner-Up prizes: $600.00; TOTAL approximate retail value of all prizes: $2,600.00).
