Wow, value of the tour is nearly $3000? Travel allowance would be gone just to pay the taxes. I'll pass...

Note: The official rules state $1200 travel allowance, a discrepancy from the $1500 on the main page

That's what I think of, too, in regards to winning vacations. I try to enter judiciously, thinking of them as a possibly "deeply discounted" vacation.

Same here, however I don't even see this one as being deeply discounted. Basically all you are winning is the dvd set after all is said and done unless you happen to live in or very close to DC. The IRS is the real winner in this one.
