HOW TO ENTER. Tweet in 140 characters or less a description of your ultra ambition using the hashtag #ultraambition ("Submission"). Entrants represent and warrant that their Submission is the original work of such entrant, it has not been copied from others, and it does not violate the rights of any other person or entity.

Limit: One entry per person and one entry per e-mail address during the Promotion Period.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. All entries will be judged on or about 11/16/12 (the "Judging Date") by a panel of judges comprised of the Conde Nast Media Group. The judges will score entries based on the following criteria: creativity (33%), uniqueness (33%), and portrayal of the entrant's ultra ambition (33%). The three (3) entries with highest overall score will be declared the potential finalists (in the event of a tie, the entry with the higher score in the portrayal of the entrant's ultra ambition criteria will prevail). All finalist entries will be posted online at www.ultraversatileashely.com beginning 12:01 AM ET 11/21/12 and the public will be asked to vote. Voting ends 11:59 PM ET 11/30/12. All finalist entries will be re-judged by the panel noted above on or about 12/3/12 based on the criteria noted above (75%) and the score of the public vote (25%). The one entry with the highest overall score will be declared the potential winner (in the event of a tie, the entry with the higher score in the judging criteria will prevail).

PRIZE DESCRIPTION. There will be one (1) winner. The prize is one (1) Ultrabook inspired by Intel (ARV $1099.00) and $3,901 cash. The total approximate retail value of the prize package $5,000.
