begins at 6:00:01am Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 13, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59pm ET on August 23, 2012 (the “Promotion Period”)
open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least
eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry.
Entries limited to one (1) entry per participant during the Promotion Period.
PRIZE(S): FIVE (5) GRAND PRIZES: A three (3) day/two (2) night trip for two (2) people to Las Vegas, Nevada to attend the iHeartRadio Music Festival on September 21 and 22, 2012 (the “Festival”). The trip includes round trip coach airfare for two (2) people from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence (as determined by Prize Provider) to the major airport nearest Las Vegas, NV, two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, two (2) tickets to the Festival (seats determined by Prize Provider), and roundtrip airport transfers in Las Vegas (Approximate Retail Value: $2,800.00 each). The total Approximate Retail Value for all prizes is $14,000.00.
