Open to legal U.S. residents currently residing in the 50 United States or D.C., who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Limit: one (1) entry per person/e-mail address per day. Each entry is only eligible for inclusion in the Weekly Sweepstakes corresponding to the Weekly Entry Period in which the entry is made and the Grand Prize Drawing. Each person may only use one (1) e-mail address to participate in this Sweepstakes, and such e-mail address may only be used by one person regardless of whether the e-mail address is shared by two or more people. GRAND PRIZES (5): Five (5) Grand Prize winners will each receive: (i) a base model FIAT® 500 Lounge and (ii) $5,000 awarded as a check.

Sponsor will determine all features of the vehicle, including, but not limited to, the color of the exterior and interior, and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by the winner. Winners will be required to personally retrieve the vehicle from a local dealership or other location, as determined by Sponsor, and will need to provide a valid driver's license and proof of insurance/registration in order to retrieve the vehicle. Failure to accept possession of vehicle within the time specified by the dealership may result in prize forfeiture. Winners are solely responsible for all costs and expenses incurred in connection with retrieving the vehicle from the Sponsor-selected dealership and use of the vehicle, including, but not limited to, all applicable taxes (including, without limitation, sales tax and income tax), insurance, surcharges, registration, title and license fees, dealer prep, emissions, inspection, gasoline, maintenance and other costs incurred in claiming or using the vehicle. ARV of each Grand Prize: $25,000.00. Actual retail value of the Grand Prize may vary depending on the MSRP of the prize vehicle at the time of prize award. In the event the actual retail value of the prize vehicle is less than the stated ARV in these rules, no cash difference will be awarded.

TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $126,665.20.
