Crackle Resident Evil: Retribution - Trip to L.A. Premiere Sweepstakes ~ 8/27/12 (Facebook)

Sweepstakes starts at 12:00 noon Pacific Time ("PT") on August 16, 2012 and ends at 6:00 p.m. (PT) on August 27, 2012.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age or older as of entry date.

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes; an Original Entry (as defined below) online and Friend Entries (as defined below) available either online or by mail. Details of entry is as follows:

In addition to the one (1) Original Entry, you are also eligible to receive additional "Friend Entries" in this Sweepstakes at the Entry Site as follows: you will receive one (1) additional entry for each of your Facebook friends who submits an eligible entry during the Online Entry Period after you by using the customized link provided to you upon submission of your Original Entry (each a "Friend Entry").

To earn Friend Entries without a Facebook friend entering a Sweepstakes, on a postcard, hand print (no mechanical reproductions accepted) first and last name, email address, daytime telephone number, age and zip code. By completing and submitting a postcard as detailed above you will receive one (1) Friend Entry.

One (1) potential winner ("Prize Winner") will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries on or about August 30, 2012 by West Coast Marketing an independent judging organization. The potential Prize Winner will be notified by telephone the day of the Random Drawing and will be required to respond to the notification within twenty-four (24) hours, verifying eligibility and providing required information including, without limitation, complete mailing address for delivery of the prize. If such notification is undeliverable or no response is received from potential Prize Winner within twenty-four (24) hours of the time of notification or attempted notification, then such potential Prize Winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential Prize Winner may be selected in Sponsor's sole discretion.

PRIZE: (1 will be awarded): The prize consists of a trip for the eligible Prize Winner and one (1) Travel Companion (during the dates of 9/11/12-9/13/12) to attend the premiere of the motion picture "Resident Evil 5" in Los Angeles, CA currently scheduled for 9/12/12. The Trip includes the following:
(i) roundtrip economy (coach) class airfare for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner's hometown to LA;
(ii) two (2) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (single standard room, double occupancy; room and room tax only) at a hotel in the LA area;
(iii) admission for Prize Winner and his or her Travel Companion to the Premiere; and
(iv) roundtrip ground transfers between LA airport and Hotel and (if deemed necessary by the Sponsor) R/T ground transfers between Hotel and Premiere.

Specific dates of travel, air carrier(s), Hotel, and all other elements of the Trip are at the sole discretion of Sponsor or its designee(s). If the Premiere is canceled or delayed, the remaining elements of the Prize (as detailed above) shall constitute the complete and total Prize to be awarded. The ARV of the travel portion of the Prize is $2,500.00. There is no monetary value to the attendance at the Premiere portion of the Prize. Travel is subject to the restrictions and conditions set forth below. Prize Winner must be able to travel on dates necessary to attend the Premiere (as determined by Sponsor) or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and no additional prize element substituted and an alternate winner may be selected at sole discretion of Sponsor. If Prize Winner lives within 100 miles of LA (as determined by Sponsor), airfare will not be provided and no ground transportation or additional compensation will be provided in lieu thereof. Any costs associated with Prize receipt and/or use that are not expressly stated above are not included in the Prize and are the responsibility solely of the Prize Winner and his/her Travel Companion. Such costs may include, without limitation, any ground transportation (other than as expressly provided above), any unspecified state or local taxes or government surcharges or fees, trip and travel insurance and premiums, excursions, meals, drinks, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, charges for changing dates or other personal costs and expenses not specified herein and are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner and his or her Travel Companion. All travel arrangements are to be administered by West Coast Marketing or its designee. Prize Winner and his or her Travel Companion will be required to travel on identical itineraries including the same departure city, departure date, destination and return date. Prize Winner and his or her Travel Companion will be required to provide valid Federal or state government issued photo ID at time of travel. If Prize Winner elects to travel or partake in trip with no Travel Companion, no additional compensation will be awarded. Air transportation and Hotel accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked except at Sponsor's sole discretion. All airline tickets issued in conjunction with prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles or any other promotional benefit. Sponsor or its designee will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates or similar items once they are in the Prize Winner's possession, or in the possession of the Prize Winner's Travel Companion. Prize travel is subject to capacity controls, availability and certain other restrictions, which may include a Saturday night stay, all of which are subject to change. No stopovers are permitted on tickets issued as the Prize; if a stopover occurs, the prize will terminate and full fare will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segment(s), including the return. Once Hotel and flight arrangements have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed except by Sponsor. Any unclaimed and/or unused prize travel package will remain the property of Sponsor. Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable and has no cash value. All travel expenses not specifically stated as part of the prize, including but not limited to hotel, ground transfers, meals, telephone calls, excursions, incidentals and gratuities, are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner.
