Entry for the Sweepstakes begins at 9:00AM (EST), on August 20, 2012, and ends at 3:00PM (EST), on September 28, 2012 ("Sweepstakes Period"). A drawing to select three (3) winners will occur on each Friday at 4:00PM (EST) during the Sweepstakes Period.
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period.
To enter, follow @OlympusAudio on Twitter with your own Twitter account and then complete the entry form found at www.getolympus.
Each person / Twitter account can enter into the Sweepstakes once (1) per week. Submissions will be accepted until 3:00PM (EST) on the Friday of every week ("Cut-off Time") for that week's drawing. The random drawing will be completed by Friday of the applicable week at 4:00PM (EST) and the Winners will be contacted via Twitter Direct Message within 24 hours of the drawing. Each person/Twitter account that has submitted an entry in a previous week must reenter during the applicable week to be considered for that week's drawing as there will be no roll-over of non-winning entries into the following week.
The Sponsor or its designated representative will make two (2) attempts to contact each selected Winner by Twitter Direct Message within twenty-four (24) hours from the draw date. The selected Winner will have twenty-four (24) hours from the time the selected Winner receives Sponsor's first direct message notice to respond to the message. Failure to respond accordingly will be deemed a forfeiture of the Prize.
PRIZES: Each Winner, meeting the eligibility and rules requirements (including the requirements to claim the Prize), will receive one (1) LS-20M Linear PCM Recorder (value $249.99). A total of eight (18) Prizes will be given away throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
