Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. (PT) on August 19, 2012 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on August 25, 2012.

If you are an individual legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and are the older of 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your state of residence at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

Grand Prize [total approximate retail value (“ARV”) $3,084.00]. One Grand Prize winner will receive the Grand Prize package which includes: A trip for 2 to attend the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas, NV. The Music Festival is currently anticipated to be held in Las Vegas September 21, 2012-September 22, 2012. The trip has a total ARV of $2,785.00 and consists of:
- Round trip, coach class airfare for the winner and 1 guest departing from a major commercial airport near the winner’s residence (within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia) and arriving at a major commercial airport in the Las Vegas area;
- 2 nights standard hotel accommodations for the winner and his/her guest (single room, double occupancy) at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, or a comparable hotel, as determined by Clear Channel or Sponsor in their sole discretion ;
- Roundtrip ground transportation for the winner and his/her guest from the Airport to the Hotel;
- Tickets for the winner and his/her guest to attend the Music Festival on September 21, 2012 and September 22, 2012; and
- Back-stage artist “meet and greet” passes for the winner and his/her guest.
- One Kindle Fire (ARV $199.00); and
- One $100.00 Amazon.com Gift Card (ARV $100.00).

Second Prize (total ARV $1,299.00): One Second Prize winner will receive:
- Tickets for the winner and his/her guest to attend the Music Festival on September 21, 2012 and September 22, 2012 (ARV $1,000.00);
- One Kindle Fire (ARV $199.00); and
- One $100.00 Amazon.com Gift Card (ARV $100.00).
Second Prize does not include travel, hotel accommodations or spending money; all extras are at winner's own expense. Travel arrangements are the responsibility of the winner.

Third Prize (total ARV $299.00): One Third Prize winner will receive:
- One Kindle Fire (ARV $199.00); and
- One $100.00 Amazon.com Gift Card (ARV $100.00).

The total ARV of all prizes is $4,682.00. Actual Grand Prize value may vary based on factors at time of booking, including but not limited to airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. If the actual value of any prize is less than the stated ARV, we will not award the difference in cash. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of cancellation or delay of any flight.

Prizes will be fulfilled by Clear Channel or us, or our respective prize provider agencies. If you are selected as a potential winner, Clear Channel, we or our respective prize provider agencies will use the information you submit in connection with this Sweepstakes to fulfill the prize. Travel dates to be determined by Clear Channel and us in our sole discretion. All portions of prizes are subject to availability and change and are at our and Clear Channel’s sole discretion.

Travel dates for the Grand Prize trip are currently anticipated to be September 21, 2012 - September 23, 2012. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must travel on the same itinerary. If the potential Grand Prize winner is unable to participate in the Grand Prize trip during the dates specified by Clear Channel or us, we may select an alternative potential winner for the Grand Prize. If the Music Festival does not or cannot take place, for reasons including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, or if a Music Festival-related prize cannot be awarded to an alternative potential winner due to the timing of the Music Festival and when the alternative potential winner is determined, such alternative potential winner will receive the cash equivalent, or comparable, of the cancelled portion of his/her prize, as full satisfaction of such prize, as determined by Clear Channel and us in our sole discretion. When applicable, prizes involving personal appearances of artists or celebrities are subject to artist/celebrity’s schedule. If, after a prize has been selected and ticketing has been completed, artist/celebrity is unable to appear, such portions of the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor and/or Clear Channel shall have no further obligation to the prize winner.

If in the judgment of Sponsor or Clear Channel or any third-party company fulfilling the prize, air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to the destination, Las Vegas, NV, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor, Clear Channel, or the third-party company fulfilling the prize. The difference in value will not be awarded to the prize winner. The Sponsor, Clear Channel, or third-party company fulfilling the prize shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any prize-related services or accommodations. Additional prize award details and travel information to be provided to the prize winner at the time of notification. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded.
