General Motors 2012 Think Blue Malibu Sweepstakes ~ 9/16/12

Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Pacific Daylight Savings Time ("PDT") on August 1, 2012, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on September 16, 2012.

Open only to persons who, at the time of entry, are 18 years or older or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older and legal residents of any of the 50 United States (except residents of Florida, New York and Rhode Island) or the District of Columbia.

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes: online or on-site.

Online: www.dodgers.com/chevy

On-site Entry: By completing and submitting a "Business Reply Card" or "Electronic Data Capture" entry form at Chevrolet displays located at select Los Angeles Dodgers games.

Limit: one entry per person and per email address regardless of method of entry used. Additional entries beyond the specified limit will be void.

PRIZES:

A. Five (5) 2012 Think Blue Malibu Prizes. The 2012 Think Blue Malibu Prize includes: (a) tickets to one (1) Los Angeles Dodgers regular season home baseball game (date of game to be determined by Sponsor and Administrator) for winner and up to three (3) guests. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each ticket is $82.00; (b) Two (2) parking passes for selected game day. ARV of each parking pass is $10; and (c) two tickets for the winner of 2012 Think Blue Malibu game on September 30, 2012 (the "Grand Prize Game") at which the winner will be entered as a finalist in a random drawing to win the Grand Prize - ARV of each ticket is $82. Total ARV of the 2012 Think Blue Malibu Prize Package is $348.00.

Each 2012 Think Blue Malibu Prize Winner's companions must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence and 18 years of age or older, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The dates and times of Major League Baseball games, events and exhibitions are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the Los Angeles Dodgers, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the 2012 Think Blue Malibu Prize may govern in the event that a legal game event or exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. The 2012 Think Blue Malibu Prize Winners and their guests agree to comply with all applicable ballpark regulations in connection with the Prize. Administrator and the applicable MLB Entities (defined below) reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any 2012 Think Blue Malibu prize winner or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or exhibits any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game, event or exhibition. The Sweepstakes Entities (defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions, acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition. Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition tickets awarded as part of the 2012 Think Blue Malibu may not be resold or offered for resale. Any such resale may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game ticket(s). No lodging will be included in the 2012 Think Blue Malibu Prize. No transportation to the Grand Prize Game will be provided. Transportation to the Grand Prize Game is the sole responsibility of winner. All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not described herein as being provided, including but not limited to meals, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the 2012 Think Blue Malibu Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of winner.

B. One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize includes (1) CHEVROLET® Malibu Eco (manufacturer's suggested retail price of no more than $25,235) (the "Grand Prize" or "Vehicle").

If the Chevrolet model selected by Sponsor has a manufacturer's suggested retail price of less than $25,235, the winner of the Grand Prize will NOT receive the difference in prize value. The winner of the Grand Prize is responsible for vehicle registration, license, title and insurance fees and for all costs associated with any available upgrade or option packages and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the Grand Prize not specified herein. The winner of the Grand Prize must take delivery of the Vehicle within 30 days of notice of availability from a Chevrolet dealer near the residence of the winner of the Grand Prize, as designated by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The winner of the Grand Prize must a have valid U.S. driver's license and evidence of legally required insurance to take delivery. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator shall be responsible for delays in delivery of the Vehicle; delivery is subject to availability. The Vehicle awarded may differ from any vehicle shown in promotional materials. The Vehicle's color, options and equipment will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV of Grand Prize is $25,235. ARV of all prizes is $26,975.

Five (5) winners of "2012 Think Blue Malibu prize package" will be determined at random drawings (each a "Think Blue Malibu Prize Drawing") on the following dates: August 13, 2012, August 20, 2012, August 27, 2012, September 10, 2012, and September 17, 2012 (each a "Drawing Date") for a total of five (5) "2012 Think Blue Malibu Prize package" winners. Grand Prize winner will be randomly chosen from among the five (5) 2012 Think Blue Malibu Prize Package Winners at the Grand Prize Game on September 30, 2012. In the event the Grand Prize Game is cancelled, the Grand Prize will be awarded on the rescheduled game date of the original Grand Prize Game. If the Grand Prize Game is not rescheduled or the rescheduled game is cancelled, the Grand Prize Winner will be selected on October 8, 2012 by Administrator at Administrator's place of business.

The non-winning eligible entries from one Think Blue Malibu Prize Drawing will carry over to subsequent Think Blue Malibu Prize Drawings. Each 2012 Think Blue Malibu Prize Package Winner will be notified by phone, email, or mail (in the sole discretion of Sponsor or Administrator, as applicable) within the two days following the date of the applicable Think Blue Malibu Prize Drawing (the "Prize Notification"). If any 2012 Think Blue Malibu Prize Winner does not respond to such prize notification within 24 hours of issuance, disqualification and prize forfeiture will result and a second-chance drawing will occur at the time of the next scheduled drawing ("Second-Chance Drawing"). Participants in any Second-Chance Drawing will consist of all eligible non-winning entries received as of the applicable Drawing.
