Samsung Top Fan Promotion ~ 11/7/12 (Facebook)

Promotion Period starts on August 15, 2012, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends November 7, 2012, at 11:59:59 PM ET. and consists of twelve (12) separate Weekly Periods, where one (1) Weekly Grand Prize and four (4) Weekly First Prize Winners will be determined, and one (1) Final “Top Fan” Drawing to select one (1) Final “Top Fan” Winner at the end of the Promotion Period.

Offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Upon completion of the registration, Entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Final Top Fan Drawing. To receive additional entries into the Final Top Fan Drawing, Entrants must return to the Page and enter the e-mail address provided during registration once each Weekly Period. Entrants may enter the Final Top Fan Drawing once per Weekly Period for a maximum of twelve (12) total entries into the Final Top Fan Drawing.

OPTIONAL: To obtain points that will be used to determine the awarding of a Weekly Grand Prize or a Weekly First Prizes, Entrants must visit the Page within a Weekly Period and invite other Facebook users on his/her Friends List to “Like” the Page to obtain Points toward a Weekly Period Prize by sending a Promotion application request through the Tab (an “Invitation”). A link will be sent within the Invitation that, when clicked, will bring the Friend to the Tab. Points are awarded as follows:
Points will be awarded to an entrant for each Invitation sent to an entrant’s Friend.
Points will be awarded to an entrant for each Friend that accepts an Invitation and completes a registration.
Additionally, one (1) day during each Weekly Period, the Sponsors will announce such day as a “Bonus Day” where entrants will receive a determined number of Bonus Points for each Invitation. Bonus Points’ value will be announced on the Bonus Day by the Sponsors on the Page and will vary from Weekly Period to Weekly Period.

Conditions and Limits on Points:
There is a limit of up to five (5) Invitations per day.
Points awarded during a Weekly Period will not roll over into subsequent Weekly Periods. Points will be awarded during the Weekly Period in which the action takes place.
In the event two Entrants invite the same Friend, both Entrants will receive Points for the Invitation, and both Entrants will receive Points for the Invitation acceptance.
In the event of a tie for a Weekly Grand Prize or a Weekly First Prize, the Administrator will take the entries that are tied and insert that number into the True Random Number Generator on random.org. The Entry associated with the number that is randomly generated will be ddeemed the Weekly Grand Prize Winner or the Weekly First Prize Winner.

SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING:
Weekly Prizes: At the end of each Weekly Period, the one (1) Entrant with the most Points for that Weekly Period will be named the Potential Weekly Grand Prize Winner. The four (4) Entrants with the next-highest scores for that Weekly Period will be named the Potential Weekly First Prize Winners. Limit one (1) Weekly Prize, regardless of Grand or First, per Entrant for the entire Promotion Period. Winners of a Weekly Grand Prize or a Weekly First Prize are still eligible to win the Final Top Fan Prize.

Final Top Fan Prize: On or about November 9, 2012, the Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received into the Top Fan Drawing to select one (1) Potential Final Top Fan Prize Winner. Only one (1) Final Top Fan Prize will be awarded for the entire Promotion.

PRIZES:
Weekly Grand Prizes (12 total, 1 per Weekly Period): Each Weekly Grand Prize Winner will receive a Samsung Blu-Ray™ Disc Player, model BD-E5700. If the Weekly Grand Prize Winner is a resident of the UK, the Weekly Grand Prize will be awarded as a Samsung Blu-Ray™ Disc Player, model BD-E5300. ARV: USD $129 / CAD $129 / £99.

Weekly First Prizes (48 total, 4 per Weekly Period): Each U.S. Weekly First Prize Winner will receive a USD $50 Prepaid Gift Card (“Prize”). If a Weekly First Winner is a resident of Canada, the Weekly First Prize will be awarded as a CAD $50 Prepaid Gift Card. If a Weekly First Prize Winner is a resident of the UK, the Weekly First Prize will be awarded as a £31voucher to be redeemed for his/her choice of gift on www.highstreetvouchers.com (approximately valued at USD $50). All Prizes are subject to Terms and Conditions printed there on. The Sponsors are not responsible for any lost, stolen or expired Prizes.

Final Top Fan Prize (1 total): The one (1) Final Top Fan Prize Winner will receive a Samsung 55ES8000 LED Series Smart TV. ARV: USD $3,399 / CAD $3,399 / £2,799.

Total ARV of all Prizes for the Promotion is USD $7,347/ CAD $7,347/ £5,475.
