Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), September 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET, December 31, 2012 (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion Period is comprised of an Instant Win Game Period which lasts for the duration of the Promotion Period and two Sweepstakes Periods, as set forth in the table below.

During the Promotion Period, use a cellular telephone or a two-way text-messaging-capable device (each, a "Device"), to text the Cap Code to the short code 844778. You will be asked to provide your year and/or date of birth. If you are eligible, you will receive 1 Instant Win Game play and 1 entry into the applicable Sweepstakes Period, if you participate on or before October 30, 2012.
b. Alternate Method of Entry ("AMOE"): To participate in the Promotion without purchasing a specially-marked Coca Cola®, or without using a Device, follow the instructions below to request an AMOE code (the "AMOE Code").
(i) Mail-In AMOE Code Request (available from August 22, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. ET through December 21, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET): To request an AMOE Code by mail, mail a 3"x5" piece of paper with your name, home mailing address, email address, day/evening/cellular phone numbers, and date of birth in an envelope with proper postage to "2012 Coca-Cola® TWIST. TEXT. Play To Win. Instant Win + Sweepstakes Game Phase 2 – AMOE Code Request," P.O. Box 5046, Dept. 587519, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5046. All requests must be postmarked by December 22, 2012 and received by December 28, 2012. Limit: 1 request per envelope. All requests must be hand printed and become the exclusive property of the Sponsor. None will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending request will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by the Sponsor. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due requests, which will not be honored.
(ii) Online AMOE Code Request (available from December 22, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. ET through December 31, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET): To request an AMOE Code online, visit www.coke.com/utc and log in to your account, if you already have one. If you do not have an Account yet, visit www.coke.com/utc, click on the "Register Now" link and follow the instructions to create your Account. Creating an Account is free. To create an Account, you must have a unique, valid email address. Once logged in to your Account, follow the links and instructions to request an AMOE Code.
The AMOE Code will be emailed to the email address provided in your mail-in AMOE Code request or to the email address used to register for your Account. Once you have obtained an AMOE Code, visit the website address in the email you received with the AMOE Code (obtained through either of the methods described in Section 5(b) above) and follow the links and instructions to input that AMOE Code where indicated to receive 1 Instant Win Game play and 1 entry into the applicable Sweepstakes Period, if you participate on or before October 30, 2012. You must access the AMOE entry page through the link located in the email you received.
For All Methods of Entry: Limit: You may participate by SMS, AMOE or by any combination of the 2 a maximum of 2 times per day during the Promotion Period. Limit: 1 Account per person. Accounts cannot be shared. Persons determined to have more than 1 Account will be disqualified. Sweepstakes Prizes:
2 AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS® (THE "AMA") GRAND PRIZES (FOR SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES DURING THE AMA SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD): A trip package for winner and a guest to Los Angeles, CA for the American Music Awards® on November 18, 2012. Prize package consists of round trip, coach-class air transportation for 2 from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); round trip transportation between airport and hotel; 3 nights' accommodations at Sponsor's choice of hotel (single room, double occupancy); and 2 tickets to the AMA (seat locations to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Winner must be available to travel on the dates specified by Sponsor, surrounding the AMA, or forfeit the prize. All travelers must travel on same itinerary. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and those set forth by the Sponsor's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. If trip destination is less than 250 miles from the winner's residence, winner will be provided $200 in spending money for driving expenses in lieu of air transportation. Package includes transportation from a centralized location to and from the theater, a total of 25 tickets and concession spending money in the amount of $15 per person for the winner and winner's guests. Theater location determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor is not responsible if any scheduled event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed. All expenses, travel, and other costs not expressly stated in the package description above are the sole responsibility of winner. ARV: $1,000. The ARV of this prize may vary based on winner's location, date of showing, and number of attendees. Winner will not receive difference between actual and ARV. "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2" is expected to be rated PG-13. The "Breaking Dawn" Grand Prize winner's guests must be age appropriate for the film. can the codes coke sends to you be traded to someone else and used on their coke account? or did they put a stop to that? i'd like to trade the code they sent me if its possible.
