By mail: You may enter by mail by printing your name, complete address (no P.O. Box), city, state, zip code, email, telephone numbers (day and evening), age and date of birth on a 3"x5" piece of paper, plus a hand-printed or typed statement (not to exceed 25 words) describing your sweetest baking memory experience, and/or a good quality photo no larger than 4"x6" depicting your sweetest baking memory. Mail your complete entry consisting of your contact information, 25 word statement and/or photo to: C&H® Sugar Sweet Memories Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 51, Lynbrook, NY 11563-0051. Only one mail-in Entry per mailing envelope permitted. No mechanical reproductions or photocopies of Entries accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical errors or any other errors in Entry submitted by Entrants. All mail-in Entries must be postmarked by 10/31/12, and received no later than 11/5/12 to be eligible. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes related materials; or for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, mutilated, illegible, misdirected, and/or postage-due mail or Entries, or for delays in mail service. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. All Entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and prize can only be awarded to the person whose name appears on the Entry. Entry form, statement and/or photo are herein collectively referred to as an "Entry".

Prizes
Five (5) Grand Prize packages: A VIP trip for two (2), (1 Winner and 1 Guest) to Napa, California. Trip consists of round trip coach class air transportation for two (2) from a single major gateway airport nearest the winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Napa Valley, CA, 5 days/4 nights (Wednesday, May 1, 2013 through Sunday, May 5, 2013 at the Villagio Inn & Spa (double occupancy accommodations), ground transportation, winery tour, cooking class with Nick Stellino, $1,000 spending money plus a choice of one of the following activities, (dependent upon availability at time of trip): spa treatment, winery train tour, golf or hot air balloon ride. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) for each Grand Prize package: $7,000. Total ARV of all prizes offered: $35,000. No prize substitutions, cash equivalents or transfer of prizes permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. In the event of unavailability of any prize or portion of a prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. Limit one prize per person, family or household. Sponsor will not award a greater number of prizes than are stated herein. All taxes, fees and any incidentals and other expenses not specified herein, including without limitation, income taxes, associated with the prize and its receipt are the sole responsibility of the winner. All prizes will be awarded. The actual value of the prize will vary based upon points of departure. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference in prize value will not be awarded. If, in the judgment of the Sponsor, air travel is not required due to the proximity of the Grand Prize Winner's residence to the selected venue in Napa, CA, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at the Sponsor's sole discretion and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Travel arrangements will be made by the Sponsor through the Sponsor's agent, and the Sponsor will determine the airline and flight itinerary, including the departure and arrival airports, in its sole discretion.
