UPS Road Code “What Drives You Crazy” Sweepstakes ~ 9/3/12 (Facebook)

Sweepstakes begins at 9:00:00 a.m. PT on July 11, 2012 and ends at 9:00:00 a.m. PT on September 3, 2012.

Sweepstakes consists of twelve (12) separate individual Weekly Sweepstakes and one overall Grand Prize drawing. Each Weekly Sweepstakes begins on Wednesday at 9:00:00 a.m. PT during the Sweepstakes Period and ends at 9:00:00 a.m. PT the following Wednesday (“Weekly Entry Period”). The Grand Prize sweepstakes drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Only open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the U.S. and the District of Columbia (“D.C."), who are physically located and residing therein (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions), who are 13 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

Follow the online instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form including an answer the question about what drives you crazy on the road. After completing and submitting your Entry Information you will then receive one (1) entry into the Weekly Sweepstakes occurring at the time of entry and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing. Limit one entry per person per week for completing the entry form.

As part of the entry process, prospective entrants will be offered the opportunity to refer friends to the Web site using Facebook refer-a-friend functionality. You will receive one (1) additional entry (“Bonus Entry”) into the Weekly Sweepstakes occurring at time of entry and one (1) additional entry into the Grand Prize Drawing, for each friend you invite who enters the Promotion via the invitation that you send. Limit of one Bonus Entry per week.

One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) UPS Road Code Prize Pack consisting of one (1) $500 American Express Gift Card (ARV: $500), one (1) $500 donation in the winner’s name to a Boys & Girls Club in his or her area, and $500 in gift cards which may be used towards a smartphone with auto-text technology (ARV: $500). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $1,500.00.

Twelve (12) Weekly Prizes (one (1) weekly prize per Weekly Sweepstakes): Each Weekly Prize winner will receive one (1) $50 American Express Gift Card (ARV: $50).

Limit one Weekly Prize per person. Total ARV of all prizes: $2,100.00.
