Beginning at 12:01 a.m. (EST) on August 8, 2012, follow the Take Our Fitness Survey directions. Each entry must contain answer(s) to the questions posed to qualify for the drawing. All entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. (EST) on September 8, 2012.
Only one internet entry per person and per e-mail address, per day will be accepted.
open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years or older.
