1. HOW IT WORKS: The SUBWAY® Subprize Party Game (the "Game") is an online instant win game beginning at 12:00:00 PM (noon) ET on 8/28/12 and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET on 10/14/12 ("Promotion Period"). One or more separate Grand Prize(s) (each a "Daily Grand Prize") will be available to be won each Day during the Promotion Period. A day ("Day") is defined as beginning 12:00:00 AM start of day ET through 11:59:59 PM ET end of day (with the exception of the first Day of the Promotion Period which
begins at 12:00:00 PM (noon) ET through 11:59:59 PM ET). In addition to the Daily Grand Prize, there will be First Prize(s) available to be won each Day during the Promotion Period. The Daily Grand Prize(s) available to be won for each Day will be revealed online at www.subway.com at the beginning of each Day during the Promotion Period. See charts in Rule # 5 for details of First Prize(s) available to be won on the same Day as the Daily Grand Prize indicated.

Obtain an Official Game Code ("Code") through any of the methods described in Rule # 4 below. Then visit www.subway.com during the Promotion Period to 1) register (eligible registrants will be deemed Game Participants (as defined below) and 2) input Participant's Code to play the Game for a chance to instantly win a Daily Grand Prize or a First Prize (each a "Game Prize"). Participant may register and participate/play at www.subway.com either online or via Participant's web enabled Mobile Device*.
