Sweepstakes begins August 31, 2012 at 7:00:00 am Eastern Time ("ET") and ends October 7, 2012 at 9:59:59 pm ET.

Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the start of the Sweepstakes Period and a legal resident of the 50 states or the District of Columbia. Void in Rhode Island, Florida, Arizona, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico and where prohibited.

LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER DAY. Multiple Entries in one day will be removed from the draw during processing, so that only one is counted. Participants may not register with multiple email addresses nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to register as multiple registrants. Any Participant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses, under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to do so will be disqualified and forfeits any and all prizes won, in Sponsor's discretion.

Entrants may only be selected once to win a prize. After they have been selected as a potential winner, their Entries will be removed from all subsequent draws. Non-winning Entries will be carried over from one draw period to the next.

Sixty (60) grill prizes are available, being 22 Napoleon Prestige P450 Grill Prizes and 38 Napoleon Freestyle Portable Grill Prizes. The five draws will take place as follows:

First Draw - Ten (10) potential winners will be randomly selected on Friday, September 14, 2012 from the pool of all eligible Entries submitted from the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period to 11:59:59pm ET on September 8, 2012. Each verified winner will receive one (1) of four (4) Napoleon Prestige P450 Grills or one (1) of six (6) Napoleon Freestyle Portable Grills, which will be awarded at random for a total of ten (10) grill prizes.

Second Draw - Twelve (12) potential winners will be randomly selected on Friday, September 21, 2012 from the pool of all eligible Entries submitted from the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period to 11:59:59pm ET on September 15, 2012. Each verified winner will receive one (1) of four (4) Napoleon Prestige P450 Grills or one (1) of eight (8) Napoleon Freestyle Portable Grills, which will be awarded at random for a total of twelve (12) grill prizes.

Third Draw - Twelve (12) potential winners will be randomly selected on Friday, September 28, 2012 from the pool of all eligible Entries submitted from the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period to 11:59:59pm ET on September 22, 2012. Each verified winner will receive one (1) of four (4) Napoleon Prestige P450 Grills or one (1) of eight (8) Napoleon Freestyle Portable Grills, which will be awarded at random for a total of twelve (12) grill prizes.

Fourth Draw - Thirteen (13) potential winners will be randomly selected on Friday, October 5, 2012 from the pool of all eligible Entries submitted from the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period to 11:59:59pm ET on September 29, 2012. Each verified winner will receive one (1) of five (5) Napoleon Prestige P450 Grills or one (1) of eight (8) Napoleon Freestyle Portable Grills, which will be awarded at random for a total of thirteen (13) grill prizes.

Fifth Draw - Thirteen (13) potential winners will be randomly selected on Monday, October 15, 2012 from the pool of all eligible Entries submitted from the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period to 9:59:59pm ET on October 7, 2012. Each verified winner will receive one (1) of five (5) Napoleon Prestige P450 Grills or one (1) of eight (8) Napoleon Freestyle Portable Grills, which will be awarded at random for a total of thirteen (13) grill prizes.

PRIZES: 22 Napoleon Prestige P450 Grill Prizes and 38 Napoleon Freestyle Portable Grill Prizes. Each of the 22 Napoleon Prestige P450 Grills has an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $999.00; each of the 38 Napoleon Freestyle Portable Grills has an ARV of $189.00. Prize allocations between the Napoleon Prestige P450 Grill and the Napoleon Freestyle Portable Grill will be determined at random. Some assembly of the grills is required and winners will be responsible for the assembly of their grill prize.

Total ARV of all prizes is: $29,160. LIMIT ONE PRIZE PER PERSON.
