2012 Chevrolet Color Run Sweepstakes ~ 10/15/12

Sweepstakes begins at 6:30 PM Eastern Time ("ET") on 8/23/12 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on 10/15/12.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (U.S.) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older, and who have a valid driver's license, as of date of entry.

There are three (3) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

1) ONLINE - Visit www.thecolorrunwithspark.com

2) EVENT – Complete either a paper registration form (available while supplies last) or an electronic registration form using a kiosk, computer or other Chevrolet-supplied device (if available) at Sponsor-selected 2012 Color Run events (U.S. tour locations only) ("Event Entry"). EVENT ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THIRTY (30) MINUTES FOLLOWING THE CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT OR WHEN THE CHEVROLET DISPLAY AT THAT EVENT CLOSES. In all events, all Event Entries must be received prior to 10/15/12. Either or both Entry submission processes will be made available at each participating Event. All requested information must be provided.

3) Via Mobile Site: Visit www.thecolorrunwithspark.com on the mobile internet browser on your wireless phone or device and follow the on-screen entry instructions to complete and submit entry.

LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON OR EMAIL ADDRESS REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY.

FIVE (5) GRAND PRIZES: Each of the Grand Prizes will consist of the following: Trip for two (2) to Honolulu, HI from 11/2/12 through 11/6/12 for a Chevrolet Color Run Experience. Trip consists of:
- round-trip, coach air travel for two (2) from the major commercial airport nearest winner's residence to Honolulu, HI;
- four (4) night/ five (5) day hotel accommodations (room & tax only, based on double occupancy);
- winner and guest participation in the Honolulu Color Run on 11/3/12;
- other Sponsor-determined events;
- local ground transportation between the destination airport and hotel; and
- $200 cash.

Grand Prize ARV $3,600. Total ARV of all prizes is $18,000.

Winner and his/her guest must travel on same itinerary and on the dates and times specified by Administrator or this prize element will be forfeited and awarded, where practical as determined by Administrator at its sole discretion, to an alternate. Trip is subject to availability and additional restrictions. Guest of winner will be required to complete, sign, notarize and return a liability release and where permitted by law, publicity release ("Release") prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel guest must be at least 18 years of age and must also participate in the Color Run. All expenses and costs related to acceptance and use of the Prizes not expressly listed above including, but not limited to, meals, beverages, taxes and gratuities are entirely the winner's responsibility. Potential winners may be subject to a background investigation at Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify a potential winner based on the basis of their review of the results of the background investigation. All activities are subject to change and availability. If a Winner chooses to not take a travel companion, then the travel companion elements will be forfeited and the remaining elements shall constitute full satisfaction of the Prize. In the event that the Honolulu Color Run is cancelled or postponed, winner will have the opportunity to participate in an alternate Sponsor-selected Color Run race during 2012. If the winner is unwilling or unable to participate in the alternate Color Run race, that element(s) will be forfeited and the remaining elements for the Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of the Prize. Prize, in whole or in part, may not be transferred or assigned. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize in whole or in part with another prize of comparable or greater value if the intended prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Travel and accommodations subject to availability; certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Sponsor is not liable for delays, cancellation or unforeseen events related to the flights. If in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Actual value of prize may vary depending on air flight fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winners will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. Winners will be responsible for all taxes (not limited to federal, state, local and/or income) on prize and will be required to provide, to Administrator, his/her Social Security number or tax ID for tax reporting purposes. Administrator will file an IRS Form 1099 with the Internal Revenue Service for the fair market value of prize(s) won. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, hometown, likeness, statements and other personally identifiable information for promotional, advertising and marketing purposes in any media throughout the world without additional prize, incentive, consideration, consent or review; and upon request, winner will provide written consent to such use.
