Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize for two (2), Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest, to Los Angeles, California and will include the following:

• Two (2) bleacher seat tickets for a star-studded red carpet experience, which will take place on date specified by the Sponsor and is currently scheduled for January 13, 2013. Round-trip transfers to/from the star-studded red carpet experience and hotel will also be provided.
• Airfare: Round-trip coach airfare for two (2) individuals (the winner and a guest) from closest major airport to the winner's residence as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Round-trip airport transfers in Los Angeles will also be included. Winner and travel companion/guest must travel on same itinerary. Airline restrictions apply.
