Sweepstakes begins on August 16, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on November 30, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person and/or household. Entry must be made by the entrant, only at the Website. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other web site or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. PRIZE: There is one (1) Prize Pack. The prize consists of:
- one (1) Black Nappa Leather Jacket (approximate retail value ["ARV"]: $399.95),

- one (1) pair of Classic Vespa Aviators Sunglasses (ARV $59.95),
- one (1) Vespa Trolley Bag (ARV $159.95, and
- one (1) Vespa Crono Tan Leather Watch (ARV $289.95).
