Sweepstakes begins 12:00:00 pm (noon) Eastern Time ("ET") on 8/20/12 and ends 11:59:59 pm ET on 9/7/12.
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry.

Follow the prompts provided to select an existing NFL team themed cover photo for your personal Facebook page OR design your own custom NFL team themed cover photo using the provided assets; then complete and submit the registration form and download the existing or designed cover photo. Using the downloaded NFL team themed cover photo on your Facebook page is optional and will not increase your chances of winning. Each entry, regardless of whether you design a custom NFL team cover photo or select an existing cover photo or post the downloaded cover photo to your Facebook page will have an equal chance of winning.
Only one (1) entry per person and e-mail address per day.
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 9/14/12 by Project Support Team, Inc., an independent judging organization, from among all the eligible entries received throughout the entire Promotion Period.
One (1) Grand Prize: A five (5) day/four (4) night trip for winner and (1) guest to New Orleans, LA to attend Super Bowl XLVII currently scheduled to take place on February 3, 2013. Trip includes:
- round trip coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's residence in the U.S. to New Orleans,
- one (1) standard double occupancy hotel accommodation (one (1) room) for four (4) nights,
- round trip ground transportation to and from airport in New Orleans, and
- two (2) tickets to the game. Exact seat locations are at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") = $5,500. Actual ARV of Grand Prize trip may vary based upon location of recipient's residence. Trip must be taken on dates designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. In the event game is postponed, trip will be rescheduled. In the event game is postponed and not rescheduled, no compensation or substitution for such portion of the prize will be provided; however, the remainder of prize will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Travel and accommodation restrictions and other restrictions may apply. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must travel together on same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents prior to travel. Released Parties are not responsible for travel delays or cancellations. The tickets are subject to the terms and conditions specified thereon. Unused tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or applied towards tickets for events in any subsequent years. Grand Prize winner and guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of the prize and removal from event. Released Parties reserve the right to remove or to deny attendance to winner and/or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game. Certain travel restrictions may apply. Costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of prize not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, federal, state and local taxes, food, beverages, luggage fees, ground transportation, gratuities, souvenirs and miscellaneous travel expenses are winner's sole responsibility.
Additionally, at the conclusion of the Promotion Period, the NFL team who had the most themed cover photos developed (existing and custom designs combined) will receive a United Way PLAY 60 event coordinated in the applicable NFL team's local community. In the event of a tie, a random drawing will be conducted by Project Support Team, Inc. to determine the recipient of the United Way PLAY 60 event from among all tied NFL teams. Exact details, value, date, time and duration of the event are at Sponsor's sole discretion.
