Pandora Jewelry Win the World Sweepstakes ~ 12/31/12 (code - in-store or mail-in)

Sweepstakes begins on September 1, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 31, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). The promotion consists of two (2) phases (each a "Phase") as set forth in the chart below.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) and Canada, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

How to Enter:
Online: During the Promotion Period, visit an authorized retailer of Pandora products to receive a code ("Code"). Once you have a Code, visit http://pandorawintheworld.com and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including a valid home address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted) and the Code. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

b. Mail-in Alternate Method: To enter without online access, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to Pandora Win the World – [Insert Phase]," c/o ePrize, LLC, PO Box 5046, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5046, Dept. 188475, U.S.A. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) entry per envelope. All mail-in entries must be handwritten and must be postmarked by and received by the dates listed in the chart above.

Limit: Each person may enter one (1) time per day, through either method, during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one (1) entry per day by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified.

Administrator will randomly select a potential Phase 1 Grand Prize and Phase 2 Grand Prize winner from all eligible entries received during the applicable Phase, on or around the drawing dates listed in the chart above. Nonwinning entries from Phase 1 Grand Prize drawing will not carry into Phase 2 Grand Prize drawing. Administrator will randomly select the potential First Prize winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on or around January 11, 2013. The potential winners will be notified by mail, email or phone.

ONE (1) PHASE 1 GRAND PRIZE: Winner's choice of one (1) of the following trips:

a. London, England: A trip for four (4) to London, England including round trip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to London, England; six (6) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (two (2) rooms, double occupancy); $2,000 spending money; and $5,145 that winner can use toward taxes. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $22,295 USD.

b. Barcelona, Spain: A trip for four (4) to Barcelona, Spain including round trip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Barcelona, Spain; six (6) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (two (2) rooms, double occupancy); $2,000 spending money; and $4,095 that winner can use toward taxes. ARV: $17,745 USD.

c. Berlin, Germany: A trip for four (4) to Berlin, Germany including round trip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Berlin, Germany; six (6) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (two (2) rooms, double occupancy); $2,000 spending money; and $4,095 that winner can use toward taxes. ARV: $17,745 USD.

d. Paris, France: A trip for four (4) to Paris, France including round trip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Paris, France; six (6) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (two (2) rooms, double occupancy); $2,000 spending money; and $4,575 that winner can use toward taxes. ARV: $19,825 USD.

Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure.

ONE (1) PHASE 2 GRAND PRIZE: A seven (7) day cruise to the Caribbean on Royal Caribbean's Freedom of the Sea. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Orlando, FL; one (1) night accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (two (2) rooms, double occupancy); ground transportation between airport and hotel; a seven (7) day cruise to the Caribbean on Royal Caribbean's Freedom of the Sea; $5,313.30 that winner can use toward taxes; $2,000 spending money; and $6,000 worth of the PANDORA fall/winter 2012 product collection (exact products determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $23,024.30 USD.

Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least thirty (30) days prior to departure.

For Both Trip Prizes: Trip subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. For all nonU.S. winners, 30% of the cash portion of the prize will be withheld and remitted to the IRS to comply with U.S. tax laws. Unless child of winner, travel companions must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure or a sibling/friend of winner with the appropriate parental permissions and releases and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, travel companion must be winner's parent/legal guardian. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Winner and travel companions are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other documents necessary for international travel. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value.

ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE: A Pandora Golden Precious Gift Charm (exact charms determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $500 USD.

Limit: One (1) prize per person. Total ARV of all prizes: $45,819.30 USD.
